3252 Embrace the Journey of Preparation

In the midst of the holiday rush, it is natural to feel tired and yearn for the festivities to begin. As the anticipation of Christmas fills the air, you first must embrace the journey of preparation. Our hearts long for the joyous celebration and time spent together with loved ones. We may find ourselves caught up in the material aspects, distracted by the hustle and bustle, and merely going through the motions. However, truly pause and reflect on the true essence of this beautiful season. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Whether we realize it or not, preparation is key to fully experiencing the spirit of Christmas. Just as a painter prepares their canvas before creating a masterpiece or a chef gathers the ingredients before cooking a delicious meal, we too must invest time and effort into preparing our hearts, homes, and minds for this joyful celebration. The Bible reminds us of the importance of preparation throughout its verses. In Proverbs 16:1, it states, "The preparations of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord." This highlights the significance of cultivating a heart filled with gratitude, love, and kindness as we enter into the Christmas season. By intentionally preparing our hearts, we open ourselves up to receiving the true blessings that Christmas brings. And as you know, preparation extends beyond just the heart; it also encompasses our physical surroundings. When we adorn our homes with twinkling lights, wreaths, and ornaments, we create an atmosphere that reminds us of the miracle of Christ's birth. Our homes become a sanctuary, welcoming family and friends to gather and rejoice in the season of joy, love, and hope. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the journey of preparation! However, in our eagerness for the celebration to begin, let us not forget the beautiful journey of preparation itself. Embrace those moments spent carefully selecting gifts for loved ones, for it is a gesture of love and thoughtfulness. Savor the time spent wrapping each gift, as it allows us to reflect on the special connection we share with those we cherish. Appreciate every minute spent planning and preparing meals, as it signifies the bond of family and the joy of breaking bread together. As you navigate the busyness of the season, it is crucial to pace yourself and find moments of rest. Remember, this season is not solely about fulfilling obligations or appeasing expectations. It is a time to nourish our souls and cultivate gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon us. "In the stillness of preparation, we find the magic of celebration." ~ Kristianne Wargo Preparation reminds us of the transformative power that comes from taking a breath, centering ourselves, and immersing in the process of preparation. It is within these quiet moments that we truly discover the magic and wonder of Christmas. So, if you find yourself weary from the preparations, I encourage you to hold onto the belief that each step taken is bringing you closer to experiencing the joy and warmth that Christmas brings. Embrace the process, for it is a gift in itself. With the eagerness to embark on the Christmas celebration is understandable, let us not rush past the invaluable journey of preparation. Find solace in the quiet moments, seek inspiration from what the Bible reminds us for the reason of the season, and embrace the gifts of love, gratitude, and joy that come from intentional preparation. May this season be a reminder of the blessings bestowed upon you and your family, and may the spirit of Christmas fill your heart with everlasting peace and joy! "Be present. Be incredible. 3251 A Joyful Balance

The holiday season is often synonymous with indulgence, surrounding ourselves with delicious food, delightful treats, and decadent drinks. A time of celebration that requires a joyful balance. In a world that advocates for strict diets and drastic measures to stay fit, we often forget that treating our bodies well means finding a balance between reveling in the joy of the season and embracing moderation. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co So, what does it mean to celebrate without overdoing it, especially when it comes to our eating habits? It means approaching the holiday table with intentionality and reserve, and allowing yourself to indulge mindfully. It's about finding joy in the experience of eating, while also respecting your body and the long-term health goals you have in mind. Celebrate responsibly! The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate responsibly! Rather than simply depriving yourself of all the festive treats, you can adopt a few strategies to help you celebrate responsibly during the holiday season. 1. Firstly, it's important to prioritize nourishing foods. Make sure your plate is filled with a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. By focusing on these nutrient-dense options, you provide your body with the necessary fuel it needs to thrive. But that doesn't mean you need to restrict yourself from enjoying those seasonal specialties. Allow yourself small portions of your favorite indulgences – savoring the flavors and fully enjoying each bite. Remember, the goal is not to avoid indulgence altogether, but rather to approach it with mindfulness and moderation. 2. Finding joy in movement can also be an essential part of treating your body well during the holidays. Engage in physical activities that you genuinely enjoy, whether it's dancing to your favorite holiday tunes, going for a walk in a winter wonderland, or practicing yoga to relax and recharge. Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do, rather than a punishment for what you consume. 3. Moreover, the holidays are not just about food and fitness. They are an opportunity to express love, gratitude, and creativity. Think outside the box and find alternative ways to celebrate that extend beyond the typical healthy living articles. Consider creating homemade gifts for loved ones, organizing a virtual holiday concert, or even dedicating time to volunteer and spread cheer to those less fortunate. These acts of kindness and creativity nourish our souls and bring joy to our hearts – aspects of wellness that are just as important as physical health. "The key is to find joy in the present moment and to celebrate without guilt. Let go of perfection and embrace the imperfections of the holiday season. It's in those moments that we truly savor the joy and create lasting memories." ~ Kristianne Wargo By treating our bodies well during the holidays, we can find a joyful balance between indulgence and intentional living. It's about celebrating mindfully, nourishing our bodies with wholesome food, reveling in the delight of movement, and embracing the creative and meaningful aspects of the season. So, this holiday season, let's raise our glasses and savor the joy of celebration – with reserve, intentionality, and above all, gratitude for the incredible gift of life. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3250 Pour A Cup Of Grace

The holiday season has arrived once again, bringing with it a flurry of activities and obligations. Be cautious not to indulge in the chaos-mocha coffee. Instead, pour a cup of grace. As we find ourselves juggling an endless to-do list, it can feel overwhelming, causing us to question everything around us. In these moments of chaos, it is essential that we take a step back and pour a cup of grace. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co What are you drinking this holiday season? Are you one who is stuck in the chaos-mocha coffee? Are you sipping on the hustle 'n bustle cider? Are you gulping down the pomegranate energy drink? What are you drinking to stay on your game? Now, you can try to do it with all the stuff of this world. But at some point, something has to give. So embrace the power of grace during this festive time of year. Be kind to yourself. You know, yesterday, I found myself exposing my own hurts to benefit someone else's sabotage of me. Now they didn't know what was happening because it was all in my head. But that's the problem. We get so wrapped up in our own heads, that we can't see what's right in front of us. The K.I.S.S. ~ Pour a cup of grace! "Grace is the beautiful gift you can give yourself when you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure. It's the inner peace that comes from accepting imperfections and simply embracing the present moment." ~ Kristianne Wargo In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the never-ending cycle of busyness and perfectionism. The pressure to create picture-perfect memories can lead to feelings of inadequacy and disappointment. Christmas is not about perfection, but rather about the spirit of love and giving. By allowing yourself to let go of unrealistic expectations, you open up space for authentic connection and communication. During the Christmas season, it's important to remember that our to-do list does not define our worth. Be kind to yourself and prioritize what truly matters. Be kind. Be patient. Say no to overbooking yourself. Who needs one more thing on the list of commitments? Preserve your energy. By giving yourself permission to rest and recharge, you can approach each day this holiday season with a smile and a renewed sense of peace and joy. Isn't that the real reason for the season? And don't forget, just as much as you need to pour yourself a cup of grace, extend that offer to others. Remember that everyone is fighting their own battles and may be feeling overwhelmed as well. By showing compassion and understanding towards others, you can create a supportive and nurturing environment. The simple act of offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a kind word can make a world of difference during this hectic time of year. I was in a store yesterday needing to return a Christmas tree. And the gal rang me up, but then the options on the computer didn't match what I needed to accomplish. In my head, I was like, "Here we go! No one knows how to think outside the box from either the training or what needs to be done." But, a good thing for all, I packed my patience. All I did was smile sweetly and encourage her with gratitude. After 35 minutes of trying to get three items now returned, we left the store after being charged again for the tree I was trying to return, plus the two I brought in. Crazy situation. Yet, I knew that getting heated over the whole situation was not going to get me anywhere fast. In fact, I was wearing my sign that said, "Tell me your life story," and the gentleman behind me did just that. As the Christmas season unfolds, let us not forget the true essence of this joyous time. Let us take a step back from the chaos and pour a cup of grace, not only for ourselves but for those around us. Make this holiday season one that's filled with love, gratitude, and lasting memories. "Grace allows us to pause, breathe, and find solace amidst the chaos. It is a gentle reminder that it's okay to embrace imperfections and focus on what truly matters. So during this Christmas season, pour a cup of grace and savor the beauty of the present moment as you embrace imperfection in a season that was perfect on that silent night." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. 3249 Unwrap the Gift of Presence

How are you handling the busyness of Christmas? Is the hustle and bustle taking over your day? Right now, breathe in the moment of joy and hope. Unwrap the gift of presence. One of the worst things we can allow to happen during this holiday season is letting it control our hearts, which in turn affects our well-being, our mindset. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co What you focus on is where you will be drawn toward. Have you ever noticed that when you are driving, you go where you look? Christmas is a time of joy, peace, and hope. But is it for you this holiday season? Are you so stressed and overwhelmed that all you can think about is what you CAN'T do or what CAN'T be done? So let me ask you-- How's your Christmas going? Maybe you are starting to feel the stress because it's one week until Christmas. Lately, have you been feeling a bit worn out and drained? With so much on your plate, it's takes a toll on your energy and even then, you can't think straight. I went to mail some packages back to where I purchased them from, and the postmaster gal ask me if I was ready for Christmas. Well, in a milli-second, my mind saw the reel of how my house looked like a tornado blew through. But, and it was a big BUT.... I told her "Yes", because of all of this, meaning the packages I was returning. She quickly assumed I had all my gifts wrapped. However, in that moment, I crushed that thought because it wasn't true. Yet I did have something more precious ready. I was ready to unwrap the gift of presence! The K.I.S.S. ~ Unwrap the gift of presence! You see, Christmas is not about all that you have done. It's that you're ready to receive and be present. A gift of joy, hope, and peace was given on Christmas. No one had time to prepare for what was to come. But those who were ready to be present were gifted with the greatest gift of all. You can have a joy-filled Christmas, but it comes with a price. You have to be ready to unwrap the gift of presence. Only you can do that for yourself so that you can do that for others. Imagine giving your spouse, your children, your parents, your puppies and your kitty cats your undivided attention. Who cares about a clean house? Who really cares about how many sides there are with the turkey? Who really cares if there are a few piles of laundry? The pages on the calendar are going to flip where it will boldly proclaim, "It's Christmas!" So today, let's unwrap the gift of presence. 1. Recognize the Power of Your Mind Your mindset has a profound impact on your experiences during Christmas. By shifting your focus to the positive aspects of the season, you can transform the way you perceive and enjoy this special time. Remember the words from Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Embrace this truth and let it shape your perspective. 2. Deal with Holiday Stress Christmas can bring about stress, whether it's related to shopping, hosting, or meeting the expectations of others. To prepare your heart and mind for the festivities, it's crucial to manage stress and cultivate calmness. Prioritize self-care by setting aside time for activities that bring you joy and help you relax. Additionally, set boundaries to protect your mental and emotional well-being. Remember that it's okay to say no and prioritize what truly matters. 3. Be Gratefully Happy In the midst of all the busyness, don't forget to practice gratitude and choose to be happy. Cultivating an attitude of happy gratitude can transform your entire holiday experience. Take a moment each day to reflect on the blessings in your life, big and small. Let Philippians 4:6 guide you: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Remember, when you smile more than you frown, that's when you begin to unwrap the gift of presence. This Christmas will not be perfect. You are going to forget some gifts, even though you made the list and checked it more than twice. But who wants a perfect Christmas? How about a Christmas where you get to have conversations with the ones you love and care deeply for? How about a Christmas where there is a resolve with confidence and calm? How about a Christmas where you can sit more than you stand? How about a Christmas where you have memories you will treasure and you don't have to look back at your phone to see what happened? How about a Christmas where you unwrap the gift of presence? May the Lord bless you and your family this season. Go in peace! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3248 The Promise of Joy

In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, there is a promise that brings hope and joy to all who embrace it. It extends far beyond the tinsel and presents of the holiday season; the promise of joy. You see, it is a timeless message that has resounded through the ages. It is the story of Christmas that reminds us of the power of belief and the boundless love that can transform lives. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co At the heart of this story is the Babe, wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. For some, this image evokes sentiments of wonder, reverence, and pure joy. But for many, the true meaning of this scene often gets shrouded in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pressures of the world, the demands of work, and the complexities of our relationships can obscure the simple, yet profound, message of hope and salvation. When the grip of overwhelm tightens its hold on our lives, it can be easy to lose sight of what truly matters. It is during these moments of upheaval that we need to remind ourselves of the promise of joy that lies within Christmas. We need to remember that amidst the chaos, there is a calm, reassuring presence that can anchor our souls and guide us through the storms. In the Bible, we are told of the birth of Jesus and the tremendous significance it holds for humanity. In Luke 2:10-11, the angel announces to the shepherds, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." The K.I.S.S. ~ The promise of joy! Yesterday evening as I stood at the salad bar creating my famous decadent salad that's tantalizing to your tastebuds and mesmerizing to the eyes, a sweet southern gal came up to me and began the conversation. At first, I thought I was wearing my sign, "Tell me your story." And I was, however, this story was the story of Christmas. As she refilled the bowls of salad makings, she poured into my soul, reminding me of the meaning of Christmas. Now, in my mind, of course, I knew the real reason for the season. But she didn't know that. She was sharing the good news for all people and was beyond thrilled to encourage others by sharing the story of Christmas from Luke 2. As our conversation came to a close and my salad was prepared and ready to be devoured, it was in a matter of minutes that God showed up at the salad bar for her and for me. The words of the angel, spoken that special night centuries ago, continue to resonate with us today. They serve as a powerful reminder that the promise of joy is not limited to one specific time or place. It is a promise that embraces all who are willing to receive it, regardless of their circumstances or background. When your world turns upside down, it is natural to seek control—a sense of stability and order amid the chaos. Yet, the real path to finding joy lies not in your ability to master your surroundings, but in surrendering to God. It is when you acknowledge that the promise of joy originated from God in the Heavens, a source far greater than yourself, that you begin to see the world in a different light. Oh, that silent night that brought the brightest light; the promise of joy! "The promise of joy lies not in our ability to control, but in our willingness to surrender. It is in the knowledge that joy is a gift freely given, waiting to be received by all who seek it." ~ Kristianne Wargo This Christmas, take a moment to pause and reflect on the profound message of joy that is the Christmas story. Open your heart to the possibility of embracing this promise in a different way than ever before, even amidst the chaos of your life. In doing so, there you will feel the Babe wrapping your heart with the promise of joy. "Be present. Be incredible. 3246 Wrap the Real Gifts This Christmas

With the preparations for Christmas drawing close, is what's under the tree going to delight all of the little and big ones to see what truly matters? Wrap the real gifts this Christmas. There's only one more Friday after today before Christmas is here. And one thing I've noticed over the years is that the gifts keep getting smaller, but the price keeps getting bigger. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co I can remember when I would go to garage sales over the summer to prepare for Christmas that year. With a big family, I had to learn how to stretch the dollar and the budget. But then, what do you do when the kids are unhappy with what's under the tree? With all of the stuff that is out there, the competition of getting "the right gift" is out of this world crazy! However, as parents, we don't have to become so flustered. We can enjoy the holiday season even if the kiddos are disappointed about what they got. And that's all because the reason for the season is not the wrapped gifts under the tree. You just have to prepare so the heart will see. The K.I.S.S. ~ Prepare so the heart will see! In this article, we explore three effective strategies parents can implement to foster gratitude and appreciation in their little ones. 1. GRAVITY: What holds your heart? Emphasize the value of experiences over material possessions. In a world saturated with consumerism, it's essential to teach children that true happiness stems from experiences and cherished moments, rather than material things. Encourage your child to create a wishlist that includes activities, outings, or quality time spent with loved ones. By prioritizing experiences, parents can reframe their child's focus from physical gifts alone to meaningful interactions and shared memories. 2. GIVING: How can you serve from the heart? Encourage a spirit of giving and charity. Instilling a sense of empathy and compassion in children is crucial during the holiday season. Engage in charitable activities as a family, such as volunteering at a local shelter or participating in a toy drive. Encourage your child to select one cherished gift from under the tree to donate to someone less fortunate. By doing so, children will realize the impact they can make on others' lives, cultivating gratitude for what they have while fostering a sense of altruism. 3. GRATITUDE: How can you appreciate in the heart? Practice daily gratitude rituals. Make expressing gratitude a part of your family's daily routine. Create a gratitude jar, where each family member writes down something they are thankful for every day, and then read them aloud during mealtime or before bedtime. Additionally, encourage your child to write personalized thank-you notes to friends and family members who have given them gifts. By actively engaging in gratitude practices, parents can shape their child's mindset towards appreciation and foster an attitude of thankfulness. As Kristianne Wargo beautifully puts it, "Gratitude opens our eyes to the abundant blessings surrounding us, transforming our hearts that soon are decorated with life's blessings that cannot part." Remember, Christmas is more than just the gifts under the tree. It's a time for families to come together, create cherished memories, and celebrate the joy of giving. But when we can position our hearts to be the eyes under the tree, that's how you make it Christmas all year round. So who's ready to wrap the real gifts this Christmas and put them under the tree? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3245 Seize the Silent Night

In the realm of chasing dreams and pursuing greatness, there is a perpetual danger lurking in the shadows. Don't be swayed by comfort and convenience. Seize the silent night. Because you know what happens during the silent night? It's that anticipation of tomorrow which holds all the promises of what didn't happen yesterday. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co How can today lead to tomorrow, but take you back to yesterday, leaving the future in the wings? "Tomorrow is the enemy of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo But if you find yourself discouraged and overwhelmed, honor your feelings for a moment, yet not for a season. Where you linger, you will stay. So bury your fears with unwavering action, and let your heart resonate with your deeds. True resilience lies in the power of your actions rather than mere words. It is in these decisive moments that the seeds of greatness are sown and cultivated. When your back is against the wall, confront that which is holding you from moving forward. Remember, sheer determination and perseverance enable you to maintain your footing in the face of adversity, especially when you find yourself questioning life. Instead of yielding to the temptation of putting essential tasks off until tomorrow, embrace the present. As you know, the secret lies in the understanding that time is relentless, and every moment is precious. You can chase tomorrow, but the run will only hold you back from your goals. Launch yourself into momentum by taking that one step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo You don't have to leap so quickly that you lose your focus. Take the time that God has given you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Seize the silent night! "The beauty of life lies in the power of presence, where actions speak louder than words to the heart." ~ Kristianne Wargo Unfortunately, most of us have experienced life in a society that thrives on empty promises and postponed dreams. But when you embrace the present, you empower yourself to create your now as a living legacy. Tomorrow, with its tempting promises of comfort and complacency, can be the enemy of greatness. However, the key lies within your grasp. You got this! Be present. Ready your heart to do what you have not expected, because expectations only hold you back. Let the fear subside from your mind as you take action that has been well-refined. This is your day to let your light shine bright as you seize the silent night. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3244 Are Your Holidays Unhealthy?

The holiday season is portrayed as a time of joy, love, and togetherness. However, for many of us, this idealized image couldn't be further from their reality. Are your holidays unhealthy? Toxic and unhealthy people can create a hostile environment that dampens the holiday spirit. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co If you find yourself in such a situation, it's important to prioritize your health and well-being. By mentally, emotionally, and spiritually preparing yourself, you can navigate the toxicity and protect yourself from its negative impact. The K.I.S.S. ~ Support others by loving yourself first! Toxicity does not have to be the decorations on your heart or your body. Here are three strategies to help you turn your holidays around, regardless of how unhealthy they might seem. 1. Mental Preparation: When dealing with toxic individuals, it's important to remember that their behavior reflects their character, not yours. The way they treat others speaks volumes about their own internal struggles and issues. While hurtful comments or actions can be deeply painful, try not to take them personally. Recognize that their toxicity stems from their own unresolved emotions and insecurities. This realization can help you detach emotionally and shield yourself from their negative energy. Additionally, set boundaries to protect yourself. If attending a certain event will expose you to toxic behavior, consider the option of staying home, leaving early, or rearranging plans to prioritize your well-being. 2. Emotional Resilience: Accepting the fact that you cannot control other people's behavior is a powerful step toward maintaining emotional balance. Instead of absorbing the toxicity around you, observe it from a distance. Recognize the unhealthy patterns and realize that these individuals are unknowingly distancing themselves from their true potential. While this may evoke sadness, try not to let anger consume you. Avoid reacting to their negativity, as this only perpetuates the cycle. Rather take breaks when you feel yourself becoming reactive, focusing on deep breaths and finding moments of calm. 3. Spiritual Strength: For those who believe in Jesus, tapping into your spiritual foundation can provide invaluable support during difficult times. Remind yourself of your identity in Christ — a child of God, chosen and loved. Reflect on the truth that you are seen as perfect, forgiven, and valued by God. Before attending any holiday gatherings, read and meditate on Ephesians 6:10-18, finding strength in God's mighty power. Imagining yourself fully protected, cloaked in grace and truth, can provide a sense of security against any assaults on your self-worth. Just as you would don a hazardous materials suit in a toxic environment, consciously equip yourself with the full armor of God. With this armor, you can stand strong against lies and attacks, asserting your worth and protecting your well-being. Remember, prioritizing your own health and well-being is not selfish — it's crucial for your overall happiness and fulfillment. Toxic environments are not conducive to thriving, and you deserve to be in spaces that nourish and uplift you. By mentally preparing yourself, fostering emotional resilience, and finding strength in your spiritual foundation, you can turn around your holidays and embrace a healthier approach. Take care of yourself, knowing that you are stewarding yourself well. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3243 Time For A Reset

It's easy to cheer for yourself when you are winning. But what happens when you are tired, feeling lost, or thinking of making a change? Now is not the time to give up, but a time for a reset. Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and craving change. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Sometimes you get the nudge to do something different. Maybe it's because you're bored or you want something that challenges you differently. It could be you find yourself on the wrong ladder, now needing to make a change in the air. It's in these moments that we can lose sight of who we truly are and the incredible strength we possess. But fear not, for within you lies the power to navigate your journey, forge ahead, and stay true to yourself. Just because you make a change doesn't mean you are compromising yourself. Change is a constant. It's okay to question where you are. Questioning does not have any reflection on how well you're doing or solidifying that what you are doing is where you are supposed to be. A lot of the time, it's just time for a reset. The K.I.S.S. ~ Time for a reset! Time to think about what you are really doing, the people you are impacting, and where you are headed. Now, the answers to those thoughts might be a little scary because the last time you stopped long enough to look at where you are, you've changed. And most likely, for the better. So don't pigeonhole yourself into thinking that questions lead you in the wrong direction. In fact, it might lead you on a better path, good or indifferent. But regardless, make the time for a reset. I am not one who takes time off here from the podcast, but I gotta be honest with you. I'm thinking of doing it this year. So where are you today? Are you feeling a little worn and torn? Are you in a position where you want to do something different but really don't know what that looks like? Is your heart pulling you in a different direction? As you delve into your thoughts, don't judge yourself. Give yourself the grace to embrace where you are so you can see where you're going next. And be okay if it's something different. Sometimes different is just that– different. It's not about better or worse. So take the time for a reset. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
