The Successful Mind Podcast – Episode 376 – Freedom & Romance – Part I

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_376-JBMC_Repurpose-Class_42-Freedom_Romance-Part_I.mp3 There’s a certain sense of “romance” and freedom that show up when we pursue the things we want to be, do, and have in life. Romance is a feeling of mystery that comes from everyday life or love. When you fully embrace the excitement, uncertainty, and risk of life, you feel a sense of romance and freedom. However, there’s no freedom without risk and uncertainty. Having true freedom requires being responsible to yourself first (before anything else). In today’s episode you’ll learn:   The key to getting rid of stress, depression and pressure How we’re all being called to be free—and how to spot the ways in which you’re NOT free Why learning to say “no” is such an important ability (almost equally as important as knowing how to say “yes” to what you want) Decision is what changes your life—you can decide to make your life a certain way, rather than following the “rules,” roles, or patterns that everyone else gave you This is your life—you get to decide what it looks like, who you spend your time with, what you share, and how you’re going to do it (and responsibility is the essence of all of this!)   Plus, I’m teaching on two incredible poems, “The Call of the Wild” by Robert William Service and “I Have Dreamed of You So Much” by Robert Desnos. These poems tap into the ideas of love, passion, freedom, and romance—which many of us long to get back to. Whether that’s in a relationship, a business, or a calling from our soul—we all dream of experiencing freedom and romance. And we should experience these things. That’s why we’re here. The Successful Mind Podcast – Inside Episode 374 – The Essentials of an Abundant Life

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/Inside_Episode_374-The_Essentials_of_an_Abundant_Life.mp3 Today BT and I are going deeper into the book, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. Reading this book can unlock so much potential in you, if you really take the time to study it.  In this episode I share: The contradictory religious ideas I heard at a young age—and how this led me to question how the universe really works How The Science of Getting Rich brought me to tears, because it gave me the correct language to finally form the right questions and understand the truth about money  How to figure out what you’re in harmony with Why you should burn “the impression of increase” principle into your consciousness The way in which God tells us what direction to go in, and what our purpose is How to remove all the “superstition” around money by understanding the real cause and effect of how it comes in My advice to people who are constantly worried that there won’t be enough money   No matter who you are, you have a divine right to be rich. It’s our divine right to be loved, to be worthy, to do something productive with our life, to help other individuals, to create wealth, to spread wealth, to create education, to spread education, and to treat people well. That’s what it means to be rich. It’s not just about the cash—it’s about being rich in all areas. If you’re rich in one area, but broke everywhere else in your life, you’re not rich. The Successful Mind Podcast – Episode 374 – The Essentials of an Abundant Life

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_374-TEM90A_MDM_9-5-20-The_Essentials_of_a_Bountiful_Life.mp3 The book, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles has so many gems when it comes to understanding how money works. When I first read it many years, it brought so much order and clarity to my mind. It gave me a breakthrough in grasping how the universe works, as well as the essentials of living an abundant life. I ended up teaching the book as a seminar for seven years. In today’s episode, I’m sharing some of the biggest takeaways of the book.  You’ll learn: It’s not possible to live a complete or successful life unless you’re rich (according to Wattles) Money is simply an “idea” that allows us to leverage resources—it has no value other than what we assign to it You can create your own economy by first understanding that you have a right to be rich  You manifest whatever you’re in harmony with—and if you want to manifest something different, then you have to change what you’re in harmony with How conflicting ideas around money cause us NOT to have it The “cause and effect” of what brings in money—and why reaching your greatest “soul development” requires plenty of money The 3 most important chapters to study in The Science of Getting Rich  If you get rich by following the Laws of the Universe, everybody who’s involved in what you do will benefit from that. You won’t be taking anything away from anyone—instead, you’ll be adding to the life of all. This is in harmony with the primary modus operandi of the Universe, which is: “more life to all.” Links & Resources The Successful Mind Podcast on YouTube – Episode 374- The Essentials of an Abundant Life Live in abundance because you’re worth it!  Find out how with these previously released episodes from The Successful Mind Podcast: Episode 002 – The Laws of the Universe Episode 011 – The Science of Getting Rich Episode 052 – You Have a Right to be Rich If you enjoy the show, would you please consider leaving a short review on Apple Podcasts? The Successful Mind Podcast – Episode 373 – Lessons From The Vault: You Don’t Want It Bad Enough

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_373-Lessons_From_The_Vault-You_Don_t_Want_It_Bad_Enough.mp3 By the time you reach the end of your life, you’ll either have one of two things in your hands—results or excuses. How badly do you want the results? If you want amazing success in life, you have to get really honest with yourself about what want and what you’re willing to do to get it. You have to be willing to work and not be entitled or make excuses for anything. Most people don’t even know what “hard work” is, or what their “best” really is. In today’s episode I’m covering:   Why we need to reevaluate what “hard work” is—and know that our work can be as fun, challenging, or miserable as we want it to be To get over your fear, you have to do the thing you’re afraid of Two reasons why it’s much easier to become successful today than it was 30, 50, or 100 years ago Why it doesn’t make sense to separate your “work life” from your personal life  The only person who can deny your success is YOU Why seeking love, appreciation, or recognition are the wrong motives for getting into business If you have a “block,” you need to keep working anyway   Plus, I share what I’ve learned from reading Keith Richards’ biography, Life. As the guitarist for The Rolling Stones, he shares how much work and dedication went into creating the success of that band—which is over 50 years old!   Links & Resources The Successful Mind Podcast on YouTube – Episode 373 – Lessons From the Vault:  You Don’t Want It Bad Enough More deep cuts from within the VAULT by David Neagle and The Successful Mind Podcast: Episode 297 – Lessons From The Vault: Working With the Law & Setting Intentions for Personal Mastery Episode 309 – Lessons From The Vault: Flipping the Switch From Struggle to Success Episode 360 – Lessons From The Vault: 5 Points If you enjoy the show, would you please consider leaving a short review on Apple Podcasts? The Successful Mind Podcast – Inside Episode 372 – I Choose How I Feel

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/Inside_Episode_372-I_Choose_How_I_Feel.mp3 The subconscious mind literally controls how you think, feel, act, and react each day—and understanding how it works can help you move forward in life.  Biologically, the subconscious mind was developed a few million years ago. It’s a couple hundred thousand years old in human beings. Its purpose is to make sure we’re safe in an unsafe world. It’s what allowed the human species to procreate and survive. The subconscious mind is designed to notice anything that seems like a “threat” to you, and get you to avoid it. There’s no thinking involved; it’s an automatic response—fight, flight, or freeze. However, the “threats” we have today aren’t the same as they were thousands of years ago. Even something like “becoming a millionaire” can seem like a threat to your subconscious mind. In today’s episode you’ll learn:   Your subconscious mind is always try to bring you back to “what’s known” versus what’s unknown You were taught to react to things in very specific ways (usually by your parents) Why understanding your “set points” is crucial to your success How the emotion you experienced around money as a kid controls the level of wealth you’re able to attain as an adult today A simple question you can ask yourself anytime you’re faced with a triggering situation—so you can find out the truth about it How the subconscious mind affects your ability to make sales in your business[9]  Happiness is a choice   Once you understand how the subconscious mind works, you can begin to choose how you feel. You can find the truth about something, give any circumstance a new meaning, and no longer be a victim to how you were programmed to feel. The Successful Mind Podcast – Episode 372 – I Choose How I Feel

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_372-TEM90A_MDM_9-2-20-I_Choose_How_I_Feel.mp3 In life, we have certain “set points” around everything. You have a financial set point, a social interaction set point, a weight set point, a health set point, a relationship set point, etc. These are all based on how you’re programmed. Your subconscious mind is designed to carry out whatever your current program is. It automatically brings you back to your set point, without you realizing it. This can become a problem when you’re trying to change something in your life. In today’s episode you’ll learn:   How the subconscious mind is underneath the surface, quietly observing everything you’re doing, looking for pattern recognition, and keeping you on the track you’re on—not the track you WANT to be on Anything you create repetitively becomes a pattern and a set point —and your subconscious mind constantly works to keep you at whatever your set point is The insidious ways in which your subconscious mind gets you to STOP doing the behaviors needed to move forward Why you shouldn’t let your results in life be controlled by how you feel (because your emotions don’t always tell the truth about what you’re experiencing) Your subconscious mind is always trying to get you to feel a certain way, so that you don’t change The quickest way to change how you feel about something   Plus, I’ll walk you through an example of what happens when someone tries to break out of their financial set point. There are certain thoughts, actions, and emotions that go along with making $50K a year—versus making $1 million a year. If you want to go from making $50K a year to $1 million a year, know that your subconscious mind will do everything it can to get you to STOP taking the daily actions that would bring you to that financial goal. The Succcessful Mind Podcast – Episode 371 – The Clubhouse Sessions: Reprogram Your Middle Class Mindset

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_371-CLUBHOUSE-Reprogram_Your_Middle_Class_Mindset.mp3 Welcome to The Clubhouse Sessions!  On today’s episode I’m once again joined by my CEO Steph Tuss to provide you with tips and tricks to Reprogram Your Middle Class Mindset.  Do you ever feel like your mindset is holding you back from creating the wealth you want? Most of us were programmed to be “middle-class” in everything we think, say, and do. This programming governs our entire life, unless we choose to break out of it. When you’re programmed in this way, everything you see is literally filtered with a middle-class perspective… — “Can’t get ahead…” — “Gotta work long hours…” — “That’s too expensive…” — “I could never afford that…” — “Life will always be a struggle…” — “Why me?…” These are some of the ideas that come out of being programmed with a middle-class mindset. Looking at the world in this way sabotages your ability to create wealth. And guess what? If you stay stuck in that mode of thinking, you’ll never create the level of wealth you want. That’s just facts. To change your wealth, you must first change your mindset to be able to accommodate “bigger thinking.” In this episode you’ll gain new awareness to break out of the mindset that holds you back:   Identify 3 sneaky middle-class beliefs that sabotage even the best success strategies; 1 key mindset technique that will instantly flip you from a middle-class mindset to a wealth mindset; Plus, you’ll hear questions being answered that will undoubtedly help you uncover any hidden beliefs that are wreaking havoc on your current results.   Grab a notebook and pen… and get ready for some huge “aha’s” to break you out of the mindset that’s blocking your wealth.   Links & Resources The Successful Mind Podcast on YouTube – Episode 371 –  The Clubhouse Sessions: Reprogram Your Middle Class Mindset Clubhouse To join David on future Clubhouse sessions, once you access the platform, search “David Neagle” on the home dashboard, be sure to follow, and tap the bell icon.  That way every time he starts a meeting or is speaking in other rooms you will be notified.   Break you out of the mindset that’s blocking your wealth. with more powerful episodes from The Successful Mind Podcast: Episode 021 – Security – The Dream Killer Episode 254 – The Hidden Secrets Inside a Wealth Mindset – Part I Episode 255 – The Hidden Secrets Inside a Wealth Mindset – Part II If you enjoy the show, would you please consider leaving a short review on Apple Podcasts? The Successful Mind Podcast – Inside Episode 370 – My Best Is All That Matters

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/Inside_Episode_370-My_Best_Is_All_That_Matters.mp3 Today BT and I go deeper into the topics of jealousy, envy, comparing yourself to other people, and what it means to be your best.  With social media serving as a constant reminder of what everyone else is doing, it’s easy to feel like you’re not enough. The feeling of “not being enough” is a shame pattern that often stems from childhood—and it can lead to self-sabotage. If you were constantly criticized or made wrong as a child, you likely didn’t build any confidence in your own self-esteem. That causes you to be hyper-focused on what other people think about you today, as an adult. Ultimately, we all want to get to the place where we’re not concerned what other people think. We want to trust what we think about ourselves, and focus on being our best. In today’s episode you’ll learn:   Perfection is unattainable, because there’s always something more that can be worked on You have to be okay with making mistakes, because that’s how you learn and grow Shame is self-hate Every human being has a specific purpose, and we need to express ourselves in a way that cultivates greatness in our purpose How to change the way you react to situations  Every negative has a positive side to it The importance of choosing the words you use to describe yourself carefully—because your subconscious mind will take whatever you turn over to it and grow it   I also share how I used my imagination over time to fuel my own life and growth. You can do the same. Use your imagination to create yourself into the person you want to be, and focus on doing your best…regardless of what other people are doing! The Successful Mind Podcast – Episode 370 – My Best Is All That Matters

https://media.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/content.blubrry.com/thesuccessfulmindpodcast/TSM_Episode_370-TEM90A_MDM_8-26-20-My_Best_Is_All_That_Matters.mp3 Are you comparing yourself to what others are doing, and feeling like you’re not enough? If so, you may be slipping into a dangerous mindset based on shame. Comparing yourself to the world can make you spiral downward and view yourself in a nonproductive way. In today’s episode, I’m teaching on the idea that, “My best is all that matters.” You don’t need to feel embarrassed because somebody else is ahead of you, or going faster than you. You just need to focus on YOUR process, and on being your best. You’ll learn: How to let an old, negative thought pattern drop away, so that a new concept will take its place How to condition your mind to hold a positive idea so firmly, you don’t have to think about it anymore—it becomes the ruling factor in your thoughts, words, and actions How to reverse “negative polarity” by replacing faith in evil with faith in good The role that desire and imagination play in getting what you want Why you must EXPECT to receive what you’re asking for (i.e., expect the best and you’ll get the best) How to use your will and give attention to that which is good You can’t be envious of someone if you don’t already have the ability to do what they’re doing   Being your best is about building an image of what you want, holding it in your mind, claiming it as yours, and knowing it’s going to happen. You don’t need to worry about it or get stuck in the “how.” You just need to start seeing yourself as being the person you want to be—and be grateful and happy for those who are winning and who are ahead of you.
