Now, in the best shape of his life, his mission is to help others move with ease, grace, and power to eliminate pain, reduce the chance of injury, and maximize performance.
The road to his success was born out of necessity as he had to figure out how to pre-hab and rehab for himself. Now, the developer and founder of BAMmetrics [Bobby Aldridge Method], is sharing his proprietary system used by professional athletes with you – to help increase mobility, unlock joints and eliminate dysfunction while alleviating pain, preventing injury and increasing performance.
As a double Division 1 college athlete playing basketball and baseball, Bobby’s athletic success was plagued by injury. As early as his freshman year in high school he broke an ankle and tore ligaments; in college, more torn ligaments including his MCL (medial collateral ligament), and then, a serious car accident causing lower lumbar injury threatened to permanently limit his mobility. He fought hard to rebound and recover using conventional modes of physical therapy and was inspired to choose a fitness and health career path, eventually earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

“An essential read for fostering learning, performance, and a growth mindset . . . I wholeheartedly recommend it.”—Carol Dweck, bestselling author of Mindset
A Next Big Idea Club Must Read
To succeed in a fast-changing world, individuals and companies know they must create a culture of growth, where experimentation and feedback are encouraged, and learning is integrated into the everyday. Yet we often get stuck in a well-worn pattern of habits that don’t move us forward. Why?
Because many of us get trapped in the Performance Paradox: the counterintuitive phenomenon that if we focus only on performing, our performance suffers.
How can we give ourselves the space to experiment and grow while also delivering high-level results?
Fostering growth mindset to elevate performance is Eduardo Briceño’s specialty. As CEO of Mindset Works and in his work with Fortune 500 companies, he discovered that mastering growth—personal, organizational, and financial—hinges on navigating the crucial balance between learning and performing.
In The Performance Paradox, Briceño reveals how to
• avoid falling into the chronic performance trap that stagnates growth
• identify when and how to unlock the power of mistakes
• integrate learning into daily habits in ways that stick
• lead teams that constantly improve and outperform their targets
• grow your skill level and output simultaneously and for the long term
We can achieve more tomorrow than we do today if we develop the belief that we can change and the competence for how to change. With Briceño’s innovative and refreshing framework of balancing learning and performing, individuals and companies can reach their boldest aspirations.

A revelatory book on rethinking change and creating a rugged and flexible mindset amidst life's intensifying flux, from expert on sustainable excellence, coach, and bestselling author of The Practice of Groundedness.
From social disruptions like economic recessions, pandemics, and new technologies to individual disruptions like getting married, career transitions, and becoming a parent, we undergo change and transformation—both good and bad—regularly. Change is not the exception, it’s the rule. Yet we endlessly fight it, often viewing it as a threat to our stability and sense of self.
Master of Change flips this script on its head and offers a path for embracing and even growing from life’s constant instability.
Brad Stulberg, sustainable excellence expert, coach, and bestselling author of The Practice of Groundedness, offers a new model that describes change as an ongoing cycle of order, disorder, and reorder—yes, we return to stability, but that stability is somewhere new. Drawing on modern science, ancient wisdom, and daily practice, Stulberg offers concrete principles for developing a mindset called rugged flexibility, along with habits and practices to implement it. Along the way, Stulberg reveals:
How to be in conversation with change instead of it happening to you.
The importance of expectations
Why cultivating a rugged yet flexible sense of self is key to a strong identity.
How to take productive action during a challenge.
The paradox of both making meaning and moving forward.
In the end, Stulbergreshapes our entire perception of change and shows us how to grow in its midst—ultimately helping us move forward better, stronger, and wiser than we were before.

Daniel Spencer, Life Coach on Surviving Electrocution Twice, Losing Over 140 Pounds, Becoming Sober & Helping Others Overcome Fear
Instagram.com/reps.and.doubletime
About Daniel Spencer
I’m Daniel Spencer. I’ve been through hell, and back. I’ve been sober for over 12 years. Abused marijuana and alcohol as a teenager, into my late 20’s. I’ve been married almost 20 years. With 3 kids ( one “adopted” niece) ALL teenagers. Almost divorced.
Total body transformation, I was almost 300 pounds, and now I am 160 lbs. I was in a near death electrical accident, twice. With 3rd degree burns to my face and multiple skin graft surgeries.
I’ve found my purpose in life. To tell my story and share my healing process through physical fitness and a strict diet. I’m now an online life coach, who is helping fellow humans gain their self confidence and gain mental strength through the same process that I’ve adopted. Hopefully you can help me inspire more people through your platform. If I could tell my story on your podcast, I know we could help save at least one person.
Thank you, and God Bless.

The Chris Voss Show Podcast – How Elites Ate the Social Justice Movement by Fredrik deBoer
How Elites Ate the Social Justice Movement by Fredrik deBoer
Amazon.com
An eye-opening exploration of American policy reform, or lack thereof, in the wake of the murder of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement and how the country can do better in the future.
In 2020, while the Covid-19 pandemic raged, the United States was hit by a ripple of political discontent the likes of which had not been seen since the 1960s. The spark was the viral video of the horrific police murder of an unarmed Black man in Minneapolis. The killing of George Floyd galvanized a nation already reeling from Covid and a toxic political cycle. Tens of thousands poured into the streets to protest. Major corporations and large nonprofit groups—institutions that are usually resolutely apolitical—raced to join in. The fervor for racial justice intersected with the already simmering demands for change from the #MeToo movement and for economic justice from Gen Z. The entire country suddenly seemed to be roaring for change in one voice.
Then nothing much happened.
In How Elites Ate the Social Justice Movement, Fredrik deBoer explores why these passionate movements failed and how they could succeed in the future. In the digital age, social movements flare up but then lose steam through a lack of tangible goals, the inherent moderating effects of our established institutions and political parties, and the lack of any real grassroots movement in contemporary America. Hidden beneath the rhetoric of the oppressed and the symbolism of the downtrodden lies the inconvenient fact that those doing the organizing, messaging, protesting, and campaigning are predominantly drawn from this country’s more upwardly mobile educated classes. Poses are more important than policies.
DeBoer lays out an alternative vision for how society’s winners can contribute to social justice movements without taking them over, and how activists and their organizations can become more resistant to the influence of elites, nonprofits, corporations, and political parties. Only by organizing around class rather than empty gestures can we begin the hard work of changing minds and driving policy.
