69. The Key To Develop A More Responsive And Less Reactive Mind With Daniel Guaragna
Childhood is that stage of life in which we are in our purest and most noble state.
It is said that children are the most resilient individuals that exist since within their innocence they have the determination and the strength to go after what they want. No doubt, this is one of the aspects that we should replicate from children, keep an eye on your goal and not give up until we achieve it. It is not about how many times you fall but about how many times you get up to continue on the path.
Successful people are passionate, focused, and dedicated to the goal. When we dedicate ourselves to something that we are really passionate about, work becomes easier, it is what we could do for free for the rest of our lives, that is why successful people have money because this is part of their passion.
Entrepreneurs are reflected in resilience, in the approach they have to achieve their goal; However, other aspects to consider to be successful is giving without expecting anything in return. Generosity is a common characteristic of successful people since they do not care about what they give to other people and they are sure that they can get it back through their work.
The entrepreneur influences not manipulates. Influencing consists of orienting and guiding a person towards something or a person that helps them to be better, while manipulation is about inciting a person to do something that does not necessarily benefit them.
Be responsive and not reactive, when you are reactive in any situation in life, you lose because you are reacting to an immediate emotion that is not always good. Being responsive is about putting yourself in someone else's shoes and wondering what makes their thinking different from yours, this is known as empathy.
These are the lessons that Daniel Guaragna leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds podcast.
Daniel Guaragna is an Entrepreneur and the founder of Canada's number-one sales agency and an internationally renowned public speaker. At just 26 years old, has appeared at more than 130 public events in 60 cities worldwide. Daniel is an expert salesman and recruiter, and his online recruiting classes regularly draw hundreds of participants.
If you want to know what other things adults should replicate from children, stay until the end of this podcast and remember:
Why haven't you gotten to the place you desire to be?
- Daniel Guaragna.
In this episode, we explore:
How to change your thoughts about money and successful people.
Questions as to the foundation of business life.

68. The "Three Masteries" Framework that will Catapult Your Success as an Entrepreneur with Adam Gugino
We all carry a book within us that tells our own story, each one is different and it is up to each person to make it interesting.
The story of an entrepreneur often has unexpected twists that catch the attention of the audience.
To make it an interesting story you must take the risks into account. A true entrepreneur takes risks, dares to explore, and ventures into new territories.
Integrity, working under this concept makes you extraordinary, not all of us are capable of loving others unconditionally and of offering the best for them even if it is not 100% beneficial for us.
The formula that we must apply to turn our history around is the following:
Influence Mastery: This is well known and used in the world of sales, it is not about manipulating people but guiding them to what is best for them.
Process Mastery: Success implies a process. You can have all the heart in the world, but if you don't have a defined process, you won't get anywhere.
Self Mastery: Definitely, personal development is necessary to achieve advancement in career development. Let go of the fear of failure and rejection, otherwise, you will be inhibited from receiving other benefits in your life.
This is the formula that Adam Gugino applies in the story of his life.
Adam Gugino, a specialist in Ecosystem Merging, call centers, outside sales, inside sales, marketing, and client service. Now is currently CRO at Unblinded Mastery. His purpose and mission are to bring the best out of people by helping them find the passion and motivators that drive them on the path of success.
If you want to learn how to apply this formula in your life, stay until the end of this Podcast and remember:
There is no price tag you can put on lives in integrity and aligned with your true identity.
- Adam Gugino.
In this episode, we explore:
How to turn your story around

65. How To Achieve A Strong, Healthy, And Resilient Mind With Jairek Robbins!
Health can be defined in many ways, but generally refers to the balance between mind, body, and emotions.
If one of these is out of order, that means that, firstly, you are not totally healthy, and secondly you are not completely happy.
Resilient people always seek to offer the best version of themselves in every aspect of their life, so you will need to be healthy, strong, and fulfilled to reach this version of yourself.
Keep in mind that emotional and physical resilience gives you strength, mental and physical strength makes you healthy, mental, and emotional resilience makes you feel happy and fulfilled.
To have a healthy mind we must keep in mind and practice these things:
Clear your mind. This refers to freeing it from one thought after another. For this, Jairek recommends doing breathing exercises and taking a bath with cold water. Sit for three minutes in the shower. Open the tap and let the water run over you, with this is guaranteed to leave your mind free of all thoughts.
Calm your mind and keep it focused. Many times we are in a work meeting or playing with our children and our mind has a whole hurricane inside it, thinking of thousands of things at the same time, which causes us to lose focus.

➤ To calm your mind: Inhale for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds, inhale again for 4 seconds

64. How To Get Your Business And Body On Shape With Vince Del Monte!
Carrying out your business or any project you have depends on 80% of you and the remaining 20% of the people who are guiding you.
First of all, let's do a little introspection or reflection by answering these questions:
1. What are you super passionate about?
2. What could you do for the rest of your life for free?
3. What are you incredible on?
4. What do your friends and family come to you for advice on?
Once you have answered those small but strong questions, you are ready to move on with your projects and really commit to them.
Principally, take one thing at a time and go there. Today humanity lives focused on carrying out several things at the same time, which makes them vulnerable and easy to knock down, this happens because they have lost focus, it is very important to go step by step. First, we crawl, then we walk, and finally, we run.
Have a clear vision of what you want to do and goa ll it on, lean on the answers you gave to the previous questions, with this you will be able to establish a perspective and polish it when necessary, remember that if you want to change the vision of someone else you must have the vision of something that works for you.
Clear structure and path, make sure that your processes are firm, well-founded, understandable, well structured, and concise, this will guarantee the correct operation and success of your project. Build Relationships emotionally connected, by creating an emotional connection with your client, student, etc. You are building trust at the same time, which will help you understand what is going on in their lives and offer them what they really need.
Value the rest, although you may not believe it, rest is very important for an entrepreneur, not only to replenish energy but to share time and joys with your family. Give it the right value and keep in mind that if you are a hard drive and do not use brakes, the car will crash eventually.

63. How To Grow Professionally Based On Integrity And Unconditional Love With Sean Callagy!
Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
Working under this concept implies certain aspects such as loving other people unconditionally with boundaries. Helping people to earn more money, to be better as people and as professionals should be an act of love and respect, taking into account that this includes honesty and protection, but remember that loving and helping others does not mean going against yourself and your criteria.
Respect the perspectives of others, each person is a different universe. Experiences, emotions, and knowledge shape the personality and way of thinking of each person, which is why there is a diversity of thought. It is very important to respect the criteria of other people even when you do not agree with it.
Make decisions wisely. In life there are 3 things that cannot be wasted, money, time, and energy; Invest them in productive things that bring rewards for you and others, in some cases be aware of when you are investing money, time, and energy in something that is not worth it.
Working with integrity is based on everything that you want people to say yes to you has to be more profitable for them than it is for you.

Founder of 2 law firms that he sold a few years ago to become an inspiration for other entrepreneurs to unleash their gifts through his integrity-based sales training. 61. How To Change The World Through Your Commitment, Consistency & Confidence With Mike C-Roc.
Changing the world is a process that begins within ourselves.
It takes a lot of determination and enthusiasm to start the change, working on ourselves is undoubtedly the best investment you can make because with this we will not only be growing and improving as people but also offering a better version of yourself to the world and help people in a better way.
For this process we must, first of all, identify our blindspots, fill them with love and constant work. It is always good to go in search of a mentor, a person who can help you identify them and guide you on the path of healing.
Seeking motivation and working on the three C. These two factors are closely related. Once you find your motivation, that goal that makes you move the needle, you will be ready to work on the three Cs, commitment, consistency, and confidence. When there is a motivation, the commitment is implicit, it happens naturally and this will take you to the consistency, to be in constant movement, keep striving to achieve the goal and that is where confidence appears, be sure of your work, of how you are doing it and having the certainty that very soon the objective will be reached.
Having a clear objective, knowing where you are going facilitates the process, without any doubt this factor is key to making the path easier.
Use difficulties to your advantage. Take all those moments, criticisms, and failures as fuel for your rocket. Remember that we orbit on an energetic frequency and as long as you are able to take the bad and turn it into momentum, your rocket will go further and will be unstoppable.
This and much more are the advice that Mike C-Roc leaves us in this episode. A man dedicated to building people focused on success and helping to achieve greatness using past events as an impetus to reach the top.
