Aligning With Unity • 148

We will learn: How we limit ourselves in the present based on past experiences How to expand our perception from 3D to 5D Our roles in the collective conscious What if all your pain came back to one thing… all of our depression, anxiety, loneliness, addictions, anger, relationship problems, self-destruction, racism, the division in the world… it all comes back to separation.Separation on the macro and mic levels. When we go through a trauma, a part of us becomes fragmented and that healing process is about integrating this big painful thing that happened with who we are now.And I think the big pursuit in our human journey is to remember who we truly are. To find unity with the divine within all of us, within every thing we see.  But then the question is… how do find unity? And what are we being called to do? So today we’re diving into this with Jessie Herman.Jessie Herman is a transformational coach and pranic energy healer living who is also the channel through which the non-physical entity group known as ‘Vagrein’ flows. You know ho much I love my channels. She offers Vagrein’s balance of love and wisdom to the world with the hopes of transmitting their message of unity consciousness and self acceptance.Links from the episode: Show Notes: https://mindlove.com/148 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self.  Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations.  Support Mind Love Sponsors Learn more about your ad choices. Becoming Trigger Proof • X14

We will learn: How even little traumas get stored in the body Why is it necessary to deal with anxiety cognitively as well as physiologically Useful tools for self-regulating emotions, including an easy “hack” for activating the parasympathetic nervous system   We all have triggers. No matter what’s going on in the world. Learning to manage you triggers can be incredibly helpful for a happy life. Expecting everyone else to cater to your triggers is just not realistic, nor is it really their responsibility. Your triggers are your responsibility.   You can either go through life limiting your experience to make sure you stay in your safe little bubble, or you can start to develop some resilience.   When we start to uncover these things we realize that often the thing we think is the problem, is just a symptom that’s going to keep coming back until we figure out what’s really underneath it.   So that’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Dr. Nima Rahmany. He specializes in helping people get to the ROOT CAUSE of their physical and emotional challenges. After building a successful chiropractic practice, he sold his clinic to pursue his passion for teaching and coaching professionals who are stressed, depressed, and anxious to transform and have their best year ever.   Sign up for Mind Love Premium here.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information. Our guest is John Moe. John Moe has had a hugely successful career. He’s has served as host of national public radio broadcasts such as Weekend America, his reporting has been on major broadcasts, he’s written for top publications like NY Times Magazine - and he’s also human. He suffered from depression and decided to open up the dialogue and start talking about it with other big names in a way it’s not often talked about - with humor. Cancel Culture and Trigger Warnings • X12

How to transform trauma and victim mentality How and why to face our triggers How cancel culture dehumanizes us This episode is one big trigger warning. We talk about the things that people are scared to talk about, or that people are currently being shamed to talk about or even ask questions about. So prepare to potentially be triggered… in a good way!Avoiding your triggers limits your experience. It puts you in an echo chamber of confirmation bias, and and it builds the self belief that you can’t handle being exposed to people, thoughts or opinions that are not your own. It’s important to share alternative ways to handle our differences and our disagreements. I think it’s important to highlight the real repercussions of shutting people down for not adhering to one way of thinking. Our guest is Imari. He is a life coach and keynote speaker, he takes abstract ideas and transformational concepts and delivers them in a tangible way that allows the people he works with to rewire their minds, literally changing their reality from the inside out.Neither of us claim to have it all figured out, but I think it’s really hard to figure anything out if you’re afraid to ask questions and get vulnerable and have open dialogues.Sign up for Mind Love Premium here.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information. Finding the One is Bullsh*t • 145

How to find our intimacy blindspots How to define a relationship by your own standards How to learn to flow and dance with life Usually people view intimacy as either having sex, or sharing personal information. I think those are just byproducts.I think of intimacy as deeply knowing someone, and feeling deeply known. But in order to feel deeply known, I think you have to deeply know yourself.Knowing yourself gives you the power to choose and design your life to fit your needs and desires. What if instead of spending so much time, finding the one, we spent that time finding ourselves so we could attract someone to us who loves us exactly for who we are, and who we were becoming on our terms instead of theirs? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Allana Pratt. She a go-to authority for those who have suffered heartbreak and are ready to live unapologetically and attract an open-hearted, ideal relationship. She’s all about helping you develop a healthy, intimate relationship with ourselves first, which naturally attracts and enhances your ideal partnerships.Show Notes: https://mindlove.com/145 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self.  Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations.  Support Mind Love Sponsors Learn more about your ad choices. Awakening Your Orgasm • X11

Why so many women don’t experience orgasm How to heal over stimulation How to come to open your energy for full body orgasms Personally, I wish we were all having MORE conversations about orgasms. Orgasms are amazing. We should all be having them, but we’re not. About 75 percent of all women never reach orgasm from intercourse alone — that is without the extra help of sex toys, hands or tongue. And 10 to 15 percent never climax under any circumstances.Maybe that’s because of anatomy, I tend to think a lot of it has to do with shame. Maybe you’re a little shy about sex, or maybe you haven’t experienced orgasm with a partner, or ever… or maybe your sex life is just kinda mundane or unsatisfying and you have this feeling that you could open up to something more. What if you could just let your guard down and tap into your deep sexual desire? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Sofia Sundari. She is a tantra teacher, and author of the book Liberation into Orgasm. She also facilitates courses on sacred sexuality, helping people all over the world return to their original erotic innocence, power, and love.Sign up for Mind Love Premium here.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information. Boldness in Business • 144

How to untangle the mixed messages we receive about success How to let go of the toxic archetypes that hold us back How to get really good at receiving The number one thing that sets people successful apart from those who settle is the ability to work through their fear and doubt. We are limitless beings, and we’re only held back by the way we view ourselves and by what we THINK our limitations are. That’s why learning to push through that fear is so important because every time you succumb to the fear, you reinforce that limitation. Every time you push through it, you expand that limitation. You build a new self belief. You prove to yourself that you’re more capable that you thought you were yesterday. That you CAN do something even though it’s scary. And that usually the payoff is totally worth the push.So that’s what we’re diving into today. Our guest is Gina Devee. She went from being a struggling psychotherapist (who lived at home with her parents) to a globetrotting entrepreneur. Now she has a multi-million dollar business all about empowering women to live life to the fullest.Links from the episode: Show Notes: https://mindlove.com/144 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self.  Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations.  Support Mind Love Sponsors Learn more about your ad choices. Between morning sickness, fatigue, headaches, and constipation, it can sometimes feel like pregnancy is happening TO you.  But what if you can change your experience? What if you could connect with your baby on spiritual level throughout your pregnancy? Today’s guest is Dr. Shawn Tassone, author of a book called Spiritual Pregnancy.
