Mediumship and Afterlife Connections • 182
We will learn:
How to deepen your connection with the spiritual world
The difference between evidence and messages in mediumship
What we should expect in the afterlife
We are all energy right? And energy never dies. The First Law of Thermodynamics states that energy is always conserved, it cannot be created or destroyed. So the total amount of energy and matter in the Universe remains constant, it just changes from one form to another. So if that’s the case, what happens to our energy when our bodies die? If it transforms, what form does it take and where does it go? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest today is Suzanne Giesemann. She’s known as the messenger of hope—She’s a mystic, metaphysical teacher, and medium and she helps people understand WHO they are and WHY they’re here. Whether in her books, her classes and workshops, her weekly radio show, or her one-on-one sessions, Suzanne provides stunning evidence of life after death.Links from the episode:

Psychology and Science of Kundalini Meditation • X41
We will learn:
How our bodies are perceptive to self-healing desires
How to find the guidance to let go of self-imposed control
Positive effects of chanting on neurological pathways on the brain and the hypothalamus
Whenever I’m being pulled in all the directions, I’m reminded to focus on my center. To find the stillness in the midst of the chaos.
For me, that looks like yoga and meditation. Yoga helps me to find my inner strength. It helps me connect to my breath - my life force - even when I’m struggling. Meditation helps me find my calm even when my world is anything but calm.
And that brings me to kundalini. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told the amazing benefits of kundalini meditation, yoga and breathwork. More people seem to have credited their spiritual awakening to kundalini than anything else I’ve heard.
With most people it seems to be a slower process, one nugget at a time, and often when they’re processing some sort of hardship.
But with kundalini, people have stories of spontaneous awakenings or feelings of moving through dimensions.…and that alone is enough to get me on board.
So today we’re talking about all of that. Our guest is Madhur-Nain Webster, practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and author of The Stressless Brain.

The Trance of Unworthiness • X40
We will learn:
How to disrupt the trance of unworthiness
How to find radical self-approval
The 7 steps to freedom
Have you ever found yourself looking at someone who has achieved what you want in your life and thought, “That could never be me,” or thought that they must have some special quality that you don’t possess?
The truth is, who you are is equal and worthy. You are an aspect of divine intelligence seeking expression in physical form, and how you choose to express in this lifetime doesn’t affect how incredibly worthy you are.
But it is also true, that what you believe about yourself will dictate your life experience. It affects which risks you’re willing to take, or if you’re willing to put yourself out there. Whether that be applying for a job, asking someone out, or actually going for your big dreams.
If you don’t think you’re worthy of those things, chances are you won’t even try.Today we’re talking about how we can develop a true sense of self-worth.Our guest is Monica Rodgers. She believes we can take action towards realizing our true potential only when we stop proving and striving to be who everyone wants us to be.

Inner Bonding for Your Inner Child • 180
We will learn:
What self-abandonment is and how it affects our relationships
The different parts of the self and how to heal them
The 6 steps of inner bonding
Most people don’t realize how much unresolved emotional pain they carry around. They don’t know why they always feel depressed, anxious, victimized, or disappointed. They wonder why they keep making the same self-sabotaging impulsive decisions. These patterns often stem from neglecting their inner child, who carries false beliefs that have been playing on repeat since childhood. As I’ve navigated my own personal growth journey, I’ve noticed that unwinding these beliefs is a continual process. When I deal with a new kind of hardship, or even sometimes when I level up, I discover a new set of complexities to learn to overcome. So it’s helpful to have a repeatable process instead of going in totally blind every single time.Well today, I’m bringing you that process, and it’s called Inner Bonding.Inner bonding is the process of connecting our adult thoughts with our instinctual, gut feelings—the feelings of the “inner child”. This helps us work through inner conflict, so that we can feel peaceful, open to joy, and open to giving and receiving love. Our guest is Margaret Paul, bestselling author, popular MindBodyGreen writer and co-creator of Inner Bonding and SelfQuest self-healing online program.Links:

The Truth and Myths of Self Love • 179
We will learn:
The myths about self-love
How to make sure you’re improving yourself from a place of love and not fear or comparison
How to heal your past with imagery rescripting
The most intimate relationship we have in life is with ourselves. What’s your relationship with yourself like? Is it healthy? How well do you know yourself? And I mean that deep core part of you, not just what everyone sees on the surface. What I’ve come to learn is that true self love is loving all aspects of yourself. That doesn’t mean you don’t have a desire to improve. But it means that desire is coming from a place of wholeness. The problem is, most of us have so much negative self-talk or destructive habits and beliefs that drive our behavior, that getting to a place of deep self-love seems out of reach. That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Sarah Pendrick, founder of the life-changing GirlTalk Network, GirlTalk Foundation, and Girltalk Festival. Sarah has dedicated her life to supporting people in living bravely as their true selves and teaching them to believe in their gifts so that they can live their life full of abundance, love, and complete knowing of their worthiness. The Wealth Activation Codes • X39
Subscribe in Apple Podcasts or at mindlove.com for the full episode!
We will learn:
How to assess your energy and how it’s currently aligning with your idea of wealth
The “who am I” syndrome that stops transformational experts in their tracks
The three wealth codes for accumulating more abundance
When I say the word wealth, or wealthy, what comes up for you? What feelings come up in your body?
Our relationships with money can be tricky. Many of us are uncomfortable discussing money or feel anxiety around wanting money. We may even feel that wealthy people are greedy, stingy, or hoarding all the wealth.
But being wealthy has much less to do with acquiring money, than it does living in a certain mindset that allows you to have a healthy relationship with money.
It’s not just about learning about money, it’s about believing you can create a new reality. And to create a new belief system, we often have to break through our blockages that we’ve spent a lifetime, or maybe even several lifetimes, building up and getting in our own way.
That’s what our guest Stacy Hartmann, will guide us through today. She is a business success coach, international speaker, and the founder of The Wealthy Minimalist.

Working from Home Mindset • 178
We will learn:
How to frame your mindset to make working from home a blessing
What habits we need to cultivate to thrive working from home
How to structure your day in a way that works for you
Since March of 2020 more people than ever are working from home. There are a lot of positive aspects to working from home, but as many are finding out, there are negatives as well. It can be difficult to hold yourself accountable. It’s hard to avoid distractions, especially with a partner or little ones in the home with you. It’s hard to stay motivated without the collective energy of everyone around you working toward the same goal. It’s hard to go day in and day out without seeing new people. But remember, where you rest your focus, is how you will experience your reality. There is more freedom in working from home, but if you’re not feeling that freedom, you’re probably not setting yourself up for it.Today, our guest Dane Sanders will help us reframe our work-from-home mindset. Dane is the CEO of tellmeyourdreams .com, a performance coaching company that motivates employees to give their best and is designed specifically to keep remote teams connected. He also teaches, writes, and consults on habits and human flourishing. Links:

Turning Transitions into Defining Moments • X38
We will learn:
How to harness the power of a transitional period in your life
How to move through phases and emotions without holding onto the past
Grief recovery method: what healthy closure looks like
Often we find resistance in ourselves as we navigate a transition. This is especially true when transitions are forced upon us, but can also be true when we’ve made the choice to transition - whether it be to a new career, new relationships, or letting go of a habit.
We prepare for a change and think we’re totally prepared for it, just to realize we never could’ve accurately prepared for something that we haven’t yet experienced.
If we can never fully prepare for the inevitable transitions of our lives, surely there are ways to go through the process more gracefully. Perhaps even valiantly.
That’s what we’re talking about today.
Our guest is Nicole Nowparvar. She is a licensed psychotherapist and life coach, who helps people in their 20's and 30's turn their difficult transitional phases into opportunities to reach their greatest potential.

The Stream: A Channeled Episode • 177
We will learn:
How we’re born connected to Source and why we forget our connection to Source over time
How we can accept that there’s no real right and wrong when some things clearly seem evil
How we can balance accepting what is, personal responsibility, and advocacy
What if you had one hour to speak directly to Source? To absorb whatever knowledge and wisdom you could from the field of universal truth. This is actually possible for all of us. This is what occurs when people channel guidance, or open the akashic records, or just tap into their intuition. Your intuition is a part of you, but it’s also a part of everything. It’s our connection to all that is, that enables us to tap into information that we haven’t directly acquired. And because we are all born with intuition, each of us can learn how to exercise it, and tap into this universal knowledge. Today we are talking to David Strickell, and he channels what he calls The Stream. He says we all have access to The Stream, we just need to learn to go deep enough within ourselves enough to access it. Links:
