After leave Brewers Collective, Colleen launched Second Sip Beverage Consulting where she was able to work with breweries around the country building strategic plans, developing sales strategies, and helping drive growth. It was while consulting that she got connected with Greater Good and then joined the brewery full time to shepherd the next era of growth for America’s first all imperial brewing company. In this conversation, we will learn about the craft beer apprenticeship program, why it was created, the goals, and how to get involved. OBNSCI is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides educational and vocational programs for those individuals who were impacted by the criminal justice system. We work with small businesses that are owned and operated by individuals who have been to prison and provide an educational and vocational program to other who have been impacted by the criminal justice system.
