Recovery Stories: Interview with Sean Keyes
In this episode, I interview business owner, husband, and father, Sean Keyes. He shares how he recovered from Borderline Personality Disorder and how you can do it too. Join us as Sean digs deep into his personal growth journey. PLEASE NOTE: There is mention of therapy and coaching in this episode. Therapy is past focused and coaching is future focused. Once trauma has been resolved in appropriate empirically based therapy treatments, coaching can be helpful to many individuals as it is more straightforward & direct. Coaches walk side by side with clients to achieve recovery focused goals. Both therapy and coaching can be effective. I believe that spending too much time in the past doesn’t prepare you to live in the future and if you have two hands full of the past you won’t be able to reach out and grab hold of your future without BPD. ❤️
