This holiday had a profound effect on me. It was like a pivotal moment that I knew I’d finally healed and reached my health goals. All those years of research, hard work, dedication & visualisation had finally paid off. Today we are on episode 155 and it's crazy to look back over the past few years to where I am in my health today. Today, I’m telling you all about my recent wisdom tooth infection. I had not experienced an infected wisdom tooth before, and if you haven’t either, let me tell you - it was NOT fun! However, with all my holistic and natural remedies up my sleeve, I managed to overcome this infection naturally and avoid antibiotics - thank goodness! This situation also lead me to trying out homeopathic remedies for the first time properly, and I’m hooked.
