Rosie Tadman (DipCNM, BANT and CNHC Reg) is a Nutritional Therapist who studied at the prestigious College of Natural Medicine in London. Today, I’m here to give you my thoughts on using hormonal birth control. I have been on birth control in the past so I'm talking from personal experience, as well as a practitioner working with women and their hormones.
