Today's solo episode is about something that I still find incredible - the fact that I've healed from MULTIPLE food sensitivities! Being down to only 10 foods at one stage to now fully enjoying food, and finally benefitting from all those nutrients again is something I'll never take for granted. This holiday had a profound effect on me. It was like a pivotal moment that I knew I’d finally healed and reached my health goals. All those years of research, hard work, dedication & visualisation had finally paid off. On the plane home I had a little moment where I let it all sink in and just thoroughly enjoyed every single moment of the trip.
