One of Nacha’s goals has been to increase the use of ACH by charitable and religious groups. To that end, Nacha recently completed a major overhaul of its Nonprofit Toolkit, which has pretty much everything a charitable group would need to start or expand an ACH program. The Toolkit is available at ACHgiving.org. But there are still some challenges to ACH acceptance among both charities and their donors. Nacha worked with Quadrant Strategies, a research driven consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., to identify some of those pain points and to also come up with solutions, and that’s what we’ll be focusing on during today’s podcast.
