In 2009, she began helping her husband Shawn with single family rentals. In 2015, they got serious about passive income and went full time into real estate, implemented systems to help double their single family portfolio 2 years in a row. As of 2018, they have expanded their geographical area to include mid-size manufactured housing communities in Indiana. Michele remotely operates and manages 2 communities, totaling 51 units, and growing. She is now the Co-Owner (COO) and manager of Daily Operations for Redmae Property Group with her husband. MNS - Chad King
This week’s guest on the Movers and Shakers podcast is Chad King. Chad is a full time real estate investor. He began college as a finance major, but when he graduated, he got at Xerox in sales. He noticed that people became successful through real estate. Chad chose to go into real estate full time in 2017. In 2019, he was involved in 168 deals in five different markets. He started to study multi-family so that he could grow his wealth and cashflow. In July of 2019, Chad joined the Jake and Gino Community. Three months after joining the community, he closed his first multi-family deal, a 16 unit in Nashville, TN.
