From Farm Boy to Financially Free with Rock Thomas

Rock Thomas had humble beginnings. To quote him – “from farm boy to financially free.” He now has a total of 34 individual streams of passive income. Through a series of life events that lead Rock to a place of desperation, he found real estate and was mentored to leverage himself (work smart, not hard) - he became the best salesperson in the office. He now owns three Keller-Williams offices and can work from anywhere in the world with just his phone and computer. His philosophy is that people are programmed to work hard and are therefore set up for failure; their programming is what is holding them back. You are the sum of the five people you hang around with and it’s vital that you become part of a tribe of people who are doing what you want to do and let their daily routines push you to be your best. Rock learned Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (NLP) and used it to change the way he saw himself and now teaches others to use it to hypnotize themselves into creating an identity that is their highest, greatest self. “Change expectation for appreciation…Change your soundtrack.” Rock’s life work is a program called M1. It’s a one year program system that breaks the multi-millionaire mind into 52 actionable pieces and coaches the willing minds of students through frequent mentor access points. They have created 26 millionaires in 2 years! He details his goal setting system that has guaranteed success (RRAFT) and shares his 5 Fundamentals of Financial Freedom! What a powerful show! We are sure it will be the catalyst that will incite you to create massive success in 2018! We're here to help create real estate entrepreneurs...  About Jake & Gino: Jake & Gino are multifamily investors, operators, and owners who have created a vertically integrated real estate company. The One Thing with Jay Papasan

Jay Papasan (VP and Executive Editor of Keller-Williams) always dreamed of being an author. In 2000, Jay took the leap from a career in publishing in NY to move to Texas with his wife--who gently encouraged him to get out of the house and meet new people. Jay serendipitously landed with the Keller-Williams company. He became fast friends with Gary Keller who was an integral mentor in his real estate career in both sales and investing. Sharing the dream of writing, Gary and Jay collaborated on “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” and most recently “The One Thing” which topped the Wall Street Journal’s Hardcover Best Seller List. In this episode, Jay Papasan details the defining principles of “The One Thing” and plainly explains how this is a framework that can be applied directly to Real Estate Investing. Millionaire Fast Lane with MJ DeMarco

Entrepreneur and author MJ DeMarco struggled with multiple ventures before realizing where he could add value to the world – in writing books he wishes he could have read when he was working the dreaded 9-5. His groundbreaking anti-‘get-rich-slow’ books, “The Millionaire Fastlane” and “Unscripted” are filled with vital information that has fed his 40,000 strong entrepreneur forum ‘The Fast Lane Forum’.   In this episode of Wheelbarrow Profits, MJ DeMarco details why he feels following your passion can be destructive career advice. He describes the 5 CENTS Commandments from “Millionaire Fast Lane” that are essential for every entrepreneur when starting a business and why the ‘fast lane’ to exploding income is far superior to the ‘slow lane’ and the ‘sidewalk’. He then tells us the difference between thinking like a consumer vs. thinking like a producer (a.k.a. how to give the market what it wants!), and why it is important to set expectations in everything in life.       Top 10     -Entrepreneurship      -Winning inspiring passion     -Control     -Entry     -Need     -Time     -Scale     -Compound interest scam     -The Millionaire Fast Lane     -And much more       Check out the podcast for iTunes: iTunes Store - https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/jake-gino/id1025080737?mt=2 Check out the podcast for Android: RSS FEED - http://jakeandgino.libsyn.com/rss Thanks so much for joining us again. Hire Right with Cameron Herold

Known around the world as the CEO Whisperer, Cameron Herold is the founder of COO Alliance. Cameron is a coach, an international speaker and a business book writer who has helped hundreds of companies find exponential growth. With COO Alliance, Cameron is able to educate and empower business owners to take the actionable steps that are necessary to achieve hyper-growth. He has written four books and will release his fifth this January. Cameron’s two most successful books ‘Double Double’ and ‘Meetings Suck’ cut through the nonsense of complicated business-speak, making the steps to uber-success super relatable and simple. He is well known for his Ted X Talk on ‘Raising Kids As Entrepreneurs’. Cameron got his first formal training and gained insight into how to grow and scale a business as well as how to coach business owners with a company called College Pro Painters. At 25 years old, he was one of the top sixty people in the company globally. Cameron then became a partner in a chain of collision repair shops and scaled that business until it went public -- it is now the largest collision auto repair chain in the world. Cameron moved on to become the COO of The Rubbish Boys, which he rapidly expanded to the very well-known 1-800-GOT-JUNK, the world’s largest junk removal service. Since then (10 years ago) he has been coaching real businesses all over the world to major success, and is ever-developing his company, the COO Alliance.
