Mr. Zambrano is a former VP of a Lloyd’s of London broker, handling Special Risk insurance in Latin America, commonly known as Kidnap and Ransom insurance (K&R).   He is also a former Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) US Army Officer (US Army Reserve-Retired) being recalled to active duty after 9/11. He has served in Infantry, Special Forces and Military Intelligence units, in the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.   Nelson has studied, mentored and coached by some of the real estate industries best, to include senior leadership at Deloitte and a leader in the area of Creative Deal Structuring. He focuses on Commercial. His training ranges from recognizing U.S. Emerging markets, Asset Management, and Syndication.   He also completed a project, in which the City of Fort Lauderdale participated by investing into the project. The City of Fort Lauderdale provided funds and city resources into one of multifamily properties.
