Courtney and Julie are real estate investors in Nashville TN. Courtney has a background in residential real estate and Julie graduated with an interior design degree. Together they have spent the past year flipping houses, house hacking and purchasing “buy & hold” properties. Eli Sunderland is the founder of The Sunderland Group. He grew up in a suburb of Minneapolis and graduated in 2016 with a degree in mathematics and economics from Bethel University. After graduation, Eli worked as an actuarial analyst at a large insurance company in Minneapolis. At the age of 24, he stepped aside from a career as an actuary to create a multifamily investment firm. With his technical background, Eli specializes in deal analysis and asset management. Nick spent 15 years in the lending side of banking. Originally focusing on residential mortgages but as a result of the financial collapse in 2008, he transitioned to business banking and was recruited to work for one of the largest privately held lenders in the country.
