How to Have a Sober Summer (and Still Have Fun!)

Summer can feel like it is drenched in alcohol, but it doesn’t have to be that way! If you’re sober curious, or wanting to cut back on your drinking this summer, this episode is for you. For so much of my life I’ve focused on controlling and managing outcomes. I’ve hustled and strategized in order to get from point A to point B as efficiently as I could, and I always thought that this approach would eventually bring ease into my life. So, it was a big surprise when I found that this wasn’t the case at all.  I’ve come to realize that the opposite is true - it’s actually when I loosen my grip and lean on trust and faith that I experience the most beautiful opportunities and ease.  If you’re ready to invite more ease into your life, this episode is for you.
