Welcome ladies to The Real Estate InvestHER show! In this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with guest Alicia Jarrett, a global real estate investor based in Australia who conducts deals in the USA. Alicia co-owns a number of businesses, including Global Citizens Holdings Inc., Landscouts, Supercharged Offers, and WILDA for Women in Business. These ventures specialize in real estate marketing, data solutions, and digital transformation to help other real estate investors achieve better results.   In addition to her success in the business world, Alicia is also an experienced leadership coach and business management specialist. She has worked with a variety of clients including entrepreneurs, business owners, and C-level executives, helping them to lead effectively and achieve success in their businesses and teams. With her diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit, Alicia excels at building and growing business partnerships, offering valuable business and leadership advice, and driving results for others.   During the episode, Alicia shared her expertise in land investing and discussed her journey from flipping houses to specializing in vacant land. She emphasized the importance of having a clear strategy and staying true to it, as well as the value of being transparent with the market and being open to multiple exit strategies.
