From Delivering Pizzas to a 9-Figure Real Estate Portfolio | Pamela Bardhi
This week, we will be sitting down with the brilliant Pamela Bardhi, a real estate developer and investor.
Pamela immigrated to the US from Albania when she was only five years old. She’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In fact, she dipped her toes in the business world pretty early in life, at the age of ten, when she worked in her family’s small pizza shop in Boston.
By the time she was twenty one, Pamela had already started not one but two restaurants. Shortly after, she bought her first ever single-family home to flip. That was her first experience in real estate, and she already knew that it would not be her last.
Today, Pamela is a commercial real estate investor with a nine-figure business. She has been featured in Forbes and Time Magazine by the age of twenty seven and has transitioned into becoming one of the nation’s biggest real estate investors and performance coaches.
In this episode, she will be discussing her phenomenal real estate journey (and what a journey it is!), the lesson that has taken her the longest to learn, how she mitigates risk in today’s market, how she’s breaking the glass ceiling, and more.

The Ultimate Guide to Hiring a Virtual Assistant | Anna Li
This week, we will be sitting down with the amazing Anna Li, a business owner, entrepreneur, and real estate investor.
Together, we will be discussing a subject that’s on everyone’s minds right now (and if you’ve scrolled through TikTok any time in the past year, then you know this is a popular subject): Why you should hire yourself a VA.
You see, as an entrepreneur, especially as a female entrepreneur, you probably have a thousand things to juggle every single day.
Like it or not, women in business don’t get to just be the best at their job and call it a day. They also have to take on a lot of other work, emotional work, unpaid house labor, childcare, etc…
Yes, things are getting better, but many female entrepreneurs and investors still bite off more than they can chew, and this is why they have to learn how to delegate.
That’s where a virtual assistant comes into handy.
Anna went through this exact scenario when she found herself busy managing her corporate responsibilities, running multiple businesses, and taking care of her three kids.
So, she decided to hire a virtual assistant. She discovered that outsourcing her "busy work" to virtual assistants freed up her time and allowed her to focus on more important things.
This realization inspired Anna to start a global staffing company that helps busy business operators become strategic business owners and free up their time.
And today, she tells us all about her journey and her best-kept VA secrets.
Are you ready?
Let’s dive in.
Key Takeaways:
Introduction (00:00)
Lessons from Anna (02:02)
What’s holding female entrepreneurs back from hiring VAs (02:43)

Shattering the Wonder Woman Myth: Rising Above Outdated Ideals
This week, we will be discussing something near and dear to our hearts: The Wonder Woman myth.
Naturally, we all love Wonder Woman. She’s strong, she’s ambitious, and she can do anything she puts her mind to.
Sounds pretty nice, right?
Wrong, actually!
Believe it or not, the Wonder Woman myth is hurting us more than helping us.
Wonder Woman is perfect; she can do it all, without ever needing to ask for help or assistance, because she’s simply that strong.
But real-life women, real-life mothers, entrepreneurs, friends, sisters… they’re not perfect. They’re human beings, and that means they make mistakes, they do things wrong, and most importantly, they need help sometimes.
And taking on more responsibilities than they can just to live up to Wonder Woman and be seen as strong and independent is only hurting them.
This is why today we want to shatter the myth and help you get out of the cult of busyness.
We hope you’re ready.
Tune in now!
Key Takeaways:
Introduction (00:00)
Who is Wonder Woman? (01:37)
Is it a choice to handle it all? (03:17)
The cost of doing it all (06:10)
The cult of busyness (10:49)
It’s time to hold each other accountable (12:17)
