The topic she has chosen for us is about Carl Tanzler aka Count Carl von Cosel and his obsession with the beautiful Maria Elena Milagro de Hoyos aka Elena. She came into the hospital he worked at due to contracting tuberculosis. He believed she was his soulmate & would do everything to help her. Sadly Elena passed due to her illness 2 years later. She had been sexually assaulted and murdered. 52 two years later thanks to genealogy testing from DNA left at the crime scene, answers were able to be found.
