Bianca Kajlich is a superb actress and an eye catching beauty. She is also the luckiest person on earth because she is my wife. Bianca and I discuss her new found love and excitement for weight training, and its many benefits. She gives a very thoughtful breakdown of her past hesitance to engage in "bodybuilding" style training and her attachment too many common misconceptions about nutrition. She also eloquently explains the positive emotional effects of this new approach to the lifting and eating.
