Over the 3.5 years since we started Enneagram 2.0, we have met students who wanted to apply what they learned on the podcast to their own inner work. Just like passions are the core of the lower emotional center, fixations are the core of the lower mental center. Each Enneagram type has its own narrow way of viewing the world, which structures the thought patterns that they unconsciously stay stuck in.
