The Driving Confidence Podcast - Season One round up

In this episode, Kev and Tracey reflect on the learning curve of starting a podcast and also which have been their favourite episodes in Season One.Kev’s favourite episodes include the one about his blindfolded driving experience as he can reflect back on the experience at a later date and also the episode about not letting stalling the car stop you, as several of his pupils have said they found it useful and have been putting it into practice during lessons and driving practice.Tracey’s favourite episodes include why talking to yourself isn’t as mad as it seems as she has had people mention to her that they notice talking to themselves during difficult driving situations helps.  And also the episode with Terry Cook as she has had messages from people who have found his podcasts helpful for their driving too. Both Kev and Tracey reflected on the episodes that told a story and feel that those were relatable to others who are struggling with driving nerves, stress or anxiety and so they hope to incorporate more stories from others in future seasons. While listening to this episode, ask yourself:Are there any episodes we mention that you would like to catch up on?Which episode has been most relatable to your driving experience? What would you like us to cover in future episodes?Would you like to feature in a future Q&A podcast?  Do you have a story that others might relate to?
