Episode 11 - Submission means slowing down This episode touches on the most impactful learning in over five years of our 24/7 D/s dynamic. Nothing changes until I change. Submission is about being...not doing. And I could never "do" my way to submission. I had to STOP doing so much, and just allow myself to BE.
