The title of the 1st ep of ADHDAF is 'We are ADHDAF but who TF are we?' Having been immediately enamoured by an email from legendary listener Kit, we felt desperate to share her story of discovering ADHD & Autism at 69. Now Self-Diagnosed at 70 years old - almost twice the age that we were both ‘late’ diagnosed.At Kit’s stage of life,the greater possibility of ADHD being mistaken for Dementia is a further barrier to receiving answers & support.At this time Kit is not seeking medical diagnosis.
