Heart to Heart: Finding Space for Love, Motherhood, and Dance with Professional Dancer Eran Bugge
Enjoy this video podcast on Spotify and Youtube!
A professional dancer's career is not easy. A complete commitment of your time, body, and most importantly your heart is required. It is for this reason that many women end their careers early or wait until later in life, after retiring, to have children. Dancer Eran Bugge is blazing a new path in the modern dance world by showing the industry that she has room in her heart for both dance and a child.
Eran always assumed that she would retire and then become a mom, but then the pandemic hit and changed everything. Not ready to give up performing and not knowing when the pandemic would end, Eran and her husband decided to have a baby. After having a child and returning to dance, Eran became one of the first women since the 1980s to do so. Being a mother has allowed Eran to expand her heart even more while doing what she loves.

The Modern House Dress: Stitching Up the Economic Gap with Melissa Magsaysay and Andrea Racey of Duster
Enjoy this video podcast on Spotify and Youtube!
To all the modern-day moms out there doing the most, we see you. And you deserve an outfit that sees you too. With 75 percent of unpaid care labor falling into the hands of women, the need for closing the economic inequality gap has never been greater.
Writing and fashion brand consultant Melissa Magsaysay and fashion designer Andrea Racey, cofounders of Duster, have created a contemporary house dress (inspired by the duster worn by Filipino women to do housework) that not only carries women through their day-to-day work, but also sparks a larger conversation about women's work, both visible and invisible. Melissa and Andrea are driven by their brand's mission to honor ALL that women do and ease the burden in women's lives.

Know Your Own Self-Worth: Film Producer Kelly Mi Li of Bling Empire
This episode originally aired in February 2022
You may know her from Bling Empire in your Netflix queue, but Kelly Mi Li is anything but a flash-in-the-pan reality star. Her intelligence, drive and grounded approach have made her a wildly successful entrepreneur, most notably as a film and television producer, which predated her foray on camera. Kelly’s love of storytelling has led her to produce everything from scripted series to reality shows, but she finds nothing so fascinating as documentary, viewing little-known stories as some of the most inspirational.
Kelly walks the line between public figure and private citizen, advocating to destigmatize conversations around mental health in Asian communities, and pushing for the inclusion of Asian casts in an era when it’s needed the most.

Breastfeeding in the 21st Century: How Swehl is Making it Easier for Parents with cofounders Elizabeth Myer and Betsy Riley
Enjoy this video podcast on Spotify and Youtube!
The word breastfeeding almost immediately evokes an emotional reaction, especially for breastfeeding parents. Each person's journey with breastfeeding is unique. It isn't often discussed, but despite breastfeeding being considered "as old as time," not much innovation has taken place to assist parents during such a difficult period.
Cue Elizabeth Myer and Betsy Riley, cofounders of Swehl, an online platform dedicated to bringing breastfeeding into the 21st century. Following their breastfeeding journeys in the Covid era, Elizabeth and Betsy started Swehl. With Swehl, you'll find everything you need when it comes to breastfeeding: a 75-part video series on all things breastfeeding, a supportive community led by the Motherboard, and multifunctional, sustainable products that will get you through it all.
