The Cleveland Strangler - Anthony Sowell Part 2

The conclusion to the Cleveland Strangler. Anthony Sowell is a serial killer who was active in the Cleveland, Ohio area between 2007 and 2009. Sowell was arrested in 2009 after the police discovered the remains of eleven women in and around his house on Imperial Avenue in Cleveland. The victims of Sowell's crimes were predominantly African-American women who were vulnerable and had struggled with addiction and poverty. Sowell targeted these women, many of who were sex workers, and lured them to his home under false pretenses before assaulting, raping, and strangling them.
