The CEO Mindset

 The The Great American Melting Pot The Great American Melting Pot was one of my favorite songs from School House Rock.  I learned about conjunctions, bills, and yes… how diverse America really was long with the rest of American children.  Unfortunately, we are no longer seen as the land of opportunity or the place where dreams are made.  It’s become a place of oil and water.  Cultures and traditions aren’t melting together anymore. Instead, they are being pitted against each other. In this episode of The C.E.O. Mindset, I am exploring three letters that seem to have become OUTCASTS from the alphabet.  These letters are used to describe a world where beauty is found in differences when.  Everything is possible for everyone in this world .  I’m not sure why there is such a visceral reaction when they are put together but lately, the reaction is quite strong.
