This podcast episode is about HOW TO BALANCE LIFE & WORK. First, let me start off by saying (and I think you already know how I feel about this but…) I believe NO is a complete sentence and it’s perfectly fine to put a period behind it with no explanation. If you want to be more productive and have more balance in your life & work, I suggest you adopt this same mindset. People, tasks, and feeling obligated will suck up as much time as you’re willing to give and the world wide web is like quicksand. It will suck you in if you’ve not taken measures to be intentional and stay motivated. Think of your life like a glass cylinder with big rock and small rocks. The big rocks being high priority aspects of life (family) and the smaller rocks being important things but not things as important as the bigger rocks (work/business). Now consider the fluff of life. In the nooks and crannies of those large and small rocks there is still tiny pockets of space, right…. That’s where the things that make you feel alive and happy, and the things that constitute a quality of life for you.. will flow. It’s time you learn how to balance life & work because life is short and you shouldn’t leave those nooks and crannies empty.
