Manny is a Registered Nurse that has transformed his career into that of a Real Estate Investor while still maintaining a part-time nursing practice. Since 2019, Manny has actively engaged in real estate investments, successfully acquiring and selling a total of 18 units, including various property types such as duplexes, triplexes, a fourplex, and a sixplex. Bava is a successful real estate investor, with a passion for personal growth and mindset. He was born and raised in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, before moving to Canada at the age of 18 for school.
