Nicole Jardim is a Certified Women’s Health Coach, the Author of Fix Your Period, and the host of the Period Party podcast. She has developed education and offerings that empower women to reclaim their hormone health using a method that combines evidence-based information with simplicity and sass. Her work has impacted the lives of tens of thousands of people around the world by addressing the root cause of what’s really going on in their bodies and minds rather than treating just their symptoms. 294: How I'm Riding the Waves of a Massive Life Change
In this solo episode, I’m diving deep into the bittersweet experience of navigating big life changes—specifically, the process of unknitting yourself from a life that feels tightly woven. I share my personal journey as I prepare to leave a familiar chapter behind—a home, a community, routines, and a vision for the future—and step into the unknown. I explore: The grief and emotional waves that come with letting go of a place and a life you’ve built. The fear and uncertainty of starting over in a new chapter—and why that can feel so disorienting. How past transitions—leaving college, moving homes, or ending relationships—mirror this experience and teach us to trust the process. Why change always feels like a mix of pain, growth, and renewal. Through the ups and downs of this transition, I’m finding ways to navigate the grief, fear, and gratitude that coexist in this season of life. This episode is an invitation to reflect on how you face change and to find peace in the knowing that endings always make room for new beginnings. To submit your question, visit the show notes. 293: The Magic of Embodying Elegance in a Reactive World
In this episode, I’m exploring the idea of self-composure and elegance—how we can handle life’s messy, challenging moments with more grace and strength. This was sparked by a story I heard on the Honestly with Bari Weiss podcast, where Peggy Noonan shared a simple but powerful response to rudeness: “How extraordinary.” It made me think about how we’ve lost touch with calm and composed strength, especially in a world that feels so reactive—online and in real life. What would it look like to embody elegance in the way we respond to challenges and conflict? That’s what I’m diving into today, along with how I’m working on this in my own life. It’s not about perfection—it’s about choosing intention and grace, even in hard moments. To submit your question, visit the show notes. Follow Me On: Facebook
