The things you do everyday that are making you less productive (& tips on how to stop!)
It's your chance to have an impact on the podcast! We are currently taking feedback and input from every single one of you to help shape our vision and direction for 2023. If you have 5 minutes to fill out this quick survey, it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated + really helps us plan relevant and needed content. Click here to have your say!Today's episode:You are going to be so surprised how many things you do out of habit EVERY day that make you less productive. I know because I do them too! BUT as we know, awareness is key and I never leave you hanging with just the items, but also tips on how to actually stop doing them and change your day to day behaviour to get the most out of your work & time. I would highly recommend selecting one habit at a time to work on, before adopting them all at once. Bear this in mind as you listen in - maybe rank them from most important to least important and work backwards so (a) you actually stick to the changes and (b) you don't get overwhelmed doing so.Share this episode with your mum, sister or a friend if you know they'll love it too!Until next time,Stay BalancedP.S. The reason winners quit & how to know when you need to
It's your chance to have an impact on the podcast! We are currently taking feedback and input from every single one of you to help shape our vision and direction for 2023. If you have 5 minutes to fill out this quick survey, it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated + really helps us plan relevant and needed content. Click here to have your say!Today's episode:“If you quit on the process, you are quitting on the result” ... “Never Give Up” ... “Only Quitters Quit”.... There are so many sayings with the same basic idea, that quitting is a bad thing. This idea is instilled in us from the youngest age and even as we grow up, considered common place. To me however, winners do not quit or give up because the task is difficult or because they’re lazy, they quit because they are mature enough or self aware enough to acknowledge that something is no longer worth their time or energy. So today I'm going to reframe quitting to "letting go" and offer you some perspective shifts so you can finally let go of whatever is no longer serving you, that maybe you've been clinging on to out of fear of judgement. Click here to have your say!Today's episode:Work is one of those things we need for a sense of fulfilment, either personal/growth or financial, yet it can often be the things that destroys our overall sense of being ... that is, if we don't know how to manage and have a balanced relationship with it. Today I have dedicated the last of our Balance Rules series to this area because I feel there is SO much potential in our capabilities when we have a healthy and well defined relationship with work.Does this mean you won't work any overtime? No. Does this mean you won't work hard? No! It's about getting to the core of what you require from a job and knowing when it is taking you away from the other areas of your life. A key skill which I feel, is the make or break for our sense of balance.Share this episode with your mum, sister or a friend if you know they'll love it too!Until next time,Stay BalancedP.S.
