The Matt Phillips Podcast for Sales Leaders
Matt Phillips: Leadership Coach, Mental Toughness Expert, Speaker, and Author
Are you a sales manager or leader looking to make more money, save time, and become a kick-ass leader of your sales team? Then you’re in the right place!
The reality is this…What makes a great salesperson is not necessarily what makes a great leader. Think about it...most sales people doing their own thing with little to no supervision. They love proving to the world what they can do. The beautiful thing is that is what has driven success.
But, the real question is, "Is that who another top sales person REALLY wants to work for?" In my experience working with some amazing sales teams, top sales people do not want to work for sub-par leaders. Just imagine if your sales people see YOU as THE stand-out leader, the go-to, the creme de la creme...and they get behind your vision and flat out crushes sales!
In order to transition from a star player in sales to a standout COACH is a challenging thing...you have to learn the skills that drive performance of your entire team. That's what this podcast is all about.
Matt Phillips, Your Sales Leadership Coach & Mental Toughness Expert will help you up-level the leadership and mental toughness skills necessary to make next level results happen.
