I just like my peppers softer ** INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Cook quinoa according to package directions. Stir in salt, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil.Stir in black beans, red onion, tomato, green chiles, and cilantro. Stir until well combined.Pour enchilada sauce into the bottom of a 9×13″ baking dish. Place pepper halves cut side up in the pan on top of the enchilada sauce.Scoop quinoa filling into the bell pepper halves. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until peppers are tender. Serve peppers drizzled with enchilada sauce. After cooking 45 minutes, remove tin foil and sprinkle cheese over the top of them. Place back in oven just long enough to melt cheese. Once cheese is melted they are ready! Recipe From Cecily: CRISPY HONEY-mustard BAKED CHICKEN TENDERS YIELD: Makes 8-10 chicken tenders / 2-4 servings Ingredients- ● Nonstick Cooking Spray ● 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts ● 3 Tablespoons of Honey ● 3 tablespoons of Yellow Mustard ● 2 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed Directions- ● Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ● Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray ● Cut Chicken into 4-5 vertical strips each ● Mix honey and yellow mustard into one bowl ● Crush Cornflakes into a separate bowl ● Dip chicken tenders into the bowl with honey and yellow mustard coating both sides of chicken ● Toss tenders in cornflake mixture, pressing to coat on all sides. Place on prepared baking dish and spray tenders with cooking spray. ● Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 03: Getting Real About Hyperpigmentation, Brown spots, Melasma, Mask of Pregnancy

Are you struggling with unattractive brown marks on your face also known as hyperpigmentation, sun spots, melasma or the mask of pregnancy? If so, you're not alone because this is quite a common problem. Ashley has a patch of brown spots/melasma/hyperpigmentation on her forehead and cheeks and she remembers seeing similar marks on her mom's and her grandparents' faces when she was little. Back then, they used to call them 'liver spots', although the professional term is actually hyperpigmentation. Everyone would love to have an even, bright, and luminous skin tone, so in today's mini-episode, Lindsey and Ashley will be teaching you how to reduce the look of hyperpigmentation, both with lasers and without. Be sure to listen in, to find out what you will need to do. Show highlights: Most people want to have a bright, luminous, even skin tone. Hyper-pigmentation/melasma/mask of pregnancy keeps you from having an even skin tone, and it can make you look a lot older than you are. Lindsey noticed that some of the pigmentation marks around her bikini-line became a little darker after she had laser hair removal done. Lindsey explains what she used, instead of laser-treatment, to effectively remove the dark pigmentation marks from around her bikini-line. Hydrocodone is a controversial topical ointment, and it has side effects, so you need to be aware of that if you decide to use it. Lindsey explains what causes hyperpigmentation, melasma, mask of pregnancy, brown spots, sun spots. Some of the common ways that hyperpigmentation, melasma, mask of pregnancy, brown spots, sunspots can occur. Hyperpigmentation is harmless. Facial peels remove the layers of skin with hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation tends to creep back in once it has been removed, so it will need to be managed for the rest of your life. Some ways to keep hyperpigmentation from worsening. The cooler months are the perfect time to treat and reduce hyperpigmentation. The treatment is a combination of self-care and professional treatments. Doing things the right way makes a huge difference. Some ingredients that can lighten your skin. Some precautions that you will need to take when using 'miracle creams'. Lindsey discusses some of the skin-lightening creams that are currently available. Ashley talks about laser treatments.
