The Inside Scoop With NCAA Star & Author Emily Cole

Back for her third appearance and straight off of a hair crisis (iykyk) is my good friend, Emily Cole! For those who aren't familiar with Emily, she is an accomplished runner who competes for Duke University. She is also an author and positive light on social media, impacting millions of lives every single month. Behind all the accolades, is a genuinely amazing human being who I always thoroughly talking with and learning from her. Emily is one of the top runners in the NCAA, consistently pushing forward the sport through her performances on the track. Just this past season, Emily played a key role in Duke's NCAA Championship DMR squad leading off on the 1200m leg. A few weeks prior, Emily ran a PR of 4:42.81 in the Mile in the 2023 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships Mile prelims. The very next day, in the finals, she ran 4:43.54, closing in a 2:13 last 800m! Emily's true passion lies in jumping over hurdles in the water in an event called the steeplechase. Emily won Silver in this event at the 2022 ACC Outdoor Championships, qualified for the NCAA championships, became an NCAA Second-Team All-American, AND made the freaking US National Championships with her qualifying time of 9:48.20! Emily will look to further cement her legacy in the NCAA in her final seasons. While I may be biased knowing Emily, she is one to watch out for. Whether she has a baton in her hand or is jumping over a water pit, she is probably making history in the process. This conversation today was ride-ranging and impactful. I picked Emily's mind on confidence, gratitude, burnout, reflection, and much more. If you're looking for inspiration and insights on how to cultivate a positive mindset, fall in love with, enjoy the journey, and more, then you won't want to miss this conversation with Emily. With her impressive achievements in running, social media, and writing, as well as her infectious positivity and genuine personality, Emily is sure to leave you feeling uplifted and motivated to take on whatever challenges come your way. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to learn from one of the most inspiring voices on social media today! Success Is A Journey, Not A Destination: Dylan Jacobs Shares Stories & Inspirations From His Historic Indoor Season

If you would have listened to me on February 9th when I said to buy Dylan Jacobs stock, you would be thriving. Since that appearance on the podcast, Dylan ran the #2 best time ever in NCAA history in the 3k, clocking 7:36 in the 3k at the 2023 Millrose Games. He then went on to win two SEC titles (one in the 5k, one in the DMR). He then claimed first place in the 5,000-meter at the NCAA Championships with a time of 13:37.59 - good enough to break the facility record, high-altitude collegiate record, and become the first NCAA men's 5k champion in Tenessee program history. Later in the meet, he placed 6th in the 3k claiming Tennessee's best finish in the event at nationals since 1995. All of these accomplishments in the indoor season paved the way for Dylan to win the highly prestigious "National Athlete Of The Year" award. Dylan currently sits on the Bowerman Watch List (The Heisman Trophy for Track & Field). In this conversation, Dylan recaps all of the above with his reflections, lessons learned, and how it's propelling him forward in this outdoor track season. This conversation is full of wisdom and insights that will inspire and motivate you to chase after your biggest goals. Tap in to the Dylan Jacobs Special. Winning A State Meet Solo: High Schooler Juliette Laracuente-Huebner's Inspiring Journey & Pursuit Of Greater Achievements

I have the great privilege of speaking with Juliette Laracuente-Huebner today! I looked up the word "Unbelievable," went to the images tab, and a picture of Juliette came up. Guys, she legitimately won the team title at the 2023 Ohio Indoor State Meet BY HERSELF. A feat so incredible and historic, that ESPN posted about it. She won four separate events clinching a title and history in the process. Juliette then went on to win a National Title at New Balance Nationals. This outdoor season she is looking to do even greater things. She is committed to compete for the University of Cincinnati this year. In this conversation, Juliette goes through her start in the sport, this past indoor season and all the historic events that came with it, what her training looks like (my jaw dropped), her ambitions for the future, what it's like being an Aunt, and so much more! This conversation was nothing short of inspiring. Juliette's passion for her craft shines through in this episode, and I'm confident you'll walk away from this conversation all the more motivated to chase after excellence in your own life.
