Talking Bull visits the British Grand Prix, catching up with F1 fan and English rugby legend Owen Farrell at Red Bull’s Pole Position Lounge to find out what rugby and F1 have in common, and how he feels about his move to French side Racing 92. Nic also heads into the Paddock, where she catches up with commentator Harry Benjamin, “start guy” and Senior Race Control Engineer Michael Manning, and the official Oracle Red Bull Racing photographer Thommo to find out what goes on behind the scenes on race day. Post race, Nic catches up with a host of Red Bull fans to find out just how far they’ve travelled, what they made of the race and how much they’ve enjoyed Silverstone itself.

Nicola Hume speaks to Red Bull Academy Programme Manager Sarah Harrington about how F1 Academy is changing the game for young female drivers.   We’ll find out what the physical demands are of being an F1 driver, how much cake they can legitimately eat and how close we are to seeing a female F1 driver on the track.  And we’ll find out a little more about Sarah’s route to the Academy - from joining Red Bull as a performance coach, to working with the pit stop team to deliver those incredibly fast stops.
