The holidays are here! As a child, chances are you looked forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas with great anticipation–the gifts, the food, the cookies, the lights, and even the traditions! From there, moving into adolescence brought new memories and experiences that began to shift and change perspective that helped to shape your view of the holidays as an adult.  While some stories are filled with joy and blessings, REALIFE inevitably also has challenges that can make the holidays difficult and let's be real–the expectations from our own selves and others can be overwhelming! When it comes to the Enneagram, it can feel like being immersed in a foreign language!
