029: Dr. Sarah Emphasizing the Importance of Strength Training for Preventing and Rehabilitating Injuries
Summary
In this episode, Dr. Sarah, a specialized PT, discusses her work with women and hip issues. She owns Legacy Rehab and Performance, where she provides virtual performance coaching and physical therapy for women runners with hip pain.
