Judaism and Christianity
Dennis and Julie examine the similarities and differences of Christianity and Judaism. There is a symbiotic relationship… and a necessity for both. Judaism is particular to a people and a land… and Christianity is universal, meaning not particular to any land or race. Judaism needs the universality of Christianity… and Christianity needs to be rooted in Judaism.Music: Straight to the Point c 2022Richard Friedman Music Publishing 100%Richard Friedman Writers 100%ASCAP (PRO)IPI128741568RichardFriedmanMusic.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Psychopaths
Jordan Peterson identifies Pro Hamas protestors in the West as “sanctimonious psychopaths.” He’s right… Moral naivete is okay in a child, but not in an adult… The First Lady hires a radical leftist dance troupe to celebrate Christmas at the White House… A guy gets a girls’ volleyball scholarship at the Univ. of Washington. His parents must be so proud. Every year, Dennis deals with the question as to whether you should tell your little kids “the truth” about Santa Claus. Will that make them happier? Will it make you? Issues raised include: I tested positive for Covid where can I get Ivermectin; are you aware of the letter that the King or Romania sent during the Holocaust; I have examples of how medicine is being tampered by the Right; it is important to keep imagination for kids or you stunt their creativity; does listening to Bach makes you feel closer to God; you are missing the point that human nature is not good or evil; are there any female rabbis; Dr. Jeff Barke to let you know where to find Ivermectin. School Daze
It’s become clear to many Americans that our educational system is in complete collapse (thanks to the Left). Dennis asks callers how they deal with it. Callers have stories. Dennis continues the same theme as last hour. What has college and covid/lockdowns done to your kids? Siaka Massaquoi, actor and political activist. He was just arrested for being at the Capitol on Jan 6. Like so many other Jan6ers, his story is appalling. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. Is It Inclusive?
A Seattle student fails a quiz because he answered false when asked if men can give birth… A teacher in Glencoe, IL says kids should not be lined up by boys and girls. It might make a kid confused about their identity uncomfortable… Dennis talks to Phillip Hamburger, Professor of Law. He presents this week’s PragerU video, “Big Government and Big Business.” Does a happy wife mean a happy life? That’s the cliché but is it true? How about this: rational spouse, happy house. Another man takes another title away from another woman in cycling. This sick individual was competing as a man in April and losing. Now he’s competing as a woman and winning… George Washington Medical School justifies the Oct 7 massacre. Medical schools are as woke as any other part of the university system. Campus Antisemitism
Antisemitism at universities is not new. Dennis refers to one of his columns from 2008 to prove it… In a recent column, Peggy Noonan describes in hideous detail what happened to women on October 7. Dennis talks to Bill O’Reilly, best-selling author and host of the No Spin News podcast and radio show. His new book is wildly popular “Killing series” is Killing the Witches. Can you be anti-Zionist and not be antisemitic? Dennis explores this very relevant question. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. Life is a Dinner Table
Dennis and Julie discuss compartmentalizing. Some topics are holiday dinner wreckers: politics, religion, and family issues. Manners certainly matter… some people just cannot read the room or control themselves. There are two types of unhappy people, and unhappy people who want others to be unhappy – narcissism. How rare a commodity is self-awareness? Take for instance the slow driver is the fast lane… why… are they oblivious or is it on purpose. If people saw their bad behavior on video, would they change it? Are the days of Norman Rockwell painting holiday dinners gone? We have macro-ized feelings. Discomfort in life is a feature not a bug. One of the great ambitions one can have… is to be easy in other people’s lives. What is the relationship between feeling underappreciated and wreaking havoc. Some people need control and some desire to control others. For Dennis it comes down to feelings versus behavior. People don’t control themselves… because they don’t want to control themselves. Personal Ethics
The almighty Dr. Fauci is no longer faithful to his Catholic upbringing. That’s fine. His choice. But his statement that he doesn’t need to follow anything but his own personal ethics is disturbing and explains a lot his behavior — like lying… Veteran teachers are resigning in droves. Discipline in the classroom is out of control. Who do they blame for this? Do they blame their own unions? The Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) outed itself by celebrating the October 7 massacre. It’s always been a low-life organization, but managed to keep itself “respectable.” No longer. David Mamet, renowned playwright, screenwriter, and director. His new book is Everywhere an Oink Oink: An Embittered, Dyspeptic, and Accurate Report of Forty Years in Hollywood. Dropout
The Columbia University student newspaper wrote a story on Dennis’s appearance. They describe him as a Columbia graduate school “dropout.” If you think this reveals the tone of the article, you would be right… The LA Times publishes an op-ed from a Gaza teen who laments that she can’t go to college and lives in fear. Hamas is never mentioned in her piece. Only Israel is to blame. Were you ever disappointed by your “big” Christmas or Hanukkah gift? How did you deal with it — in the short term and even in the long term? Allen has a story. So do callers. Issues raised include: I am celebrating my first Hanukkah and don't know all the rules; If we had WWII going on today, would there still be Nazi Germany; Read in the Heritage Foundation that you said AI child pornography wasn't that bad because there is no victim; You believe there is antisemitism in the USA but no racism of black people; I want your opinion of the blessing for the government at synagogue. Slugfest
The four Republicans on the stage last night threw insults at each other. It wasn’t a good look for the party or the candidates… CA governor Gavin Newsom is so afraid of Pro-Hamas protests that he has decided to make the annual Christmas tree lighting virtual. The President of the National Women’s Law Center defends the idea that men should be able to compete against women. You have to go to college (and then law school) to be this foolish… Our southern border is open. Young men are coming here for economic opportunity, not because they are being politically persecuted in their home country. Dennis talks to Naomi Wolf, former feminist, Democratic consultant and journalist, now a pariah for her brave stances on the vaccine and free speech. Her new book is Facing the Beast: Courage, Faith, and Resistance in a New Dark Age. Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast. Speech at Columbia
Dennis gave his talk at Columbia last night. There were no disruptions. As a result, he was able to have an excellent dialogue with students… Graduate school applications now ask what you have done to promote the cause of “social justice.”…Elite university presidents can’t conclusively say that calling for the genocide of Jews constitutes “harassment.” Men need women. And women need men. We shouldn't want to lose this essential truth. It's one of the basic building blocks of civilization. Dennis reviews what he told the students at Columbia last night… Can you be anti-Zionist and not antisemitic? Thanks for listening to the Daily Dennis Prager Podcast.
