Ep. 162: Mantras, One-Liners, and Things To Say To Win The Day

Happy Day, Friend! In this podcast episode I’m sharing a few of my favorite mantras, one-liners, and things to say to win the day. The words we say to ourselves matter. Our thoughts influence our behavior, behaviors influence our actions, and actions define our life. Let’s make it matter. Your spark in action needs to be out in the world and you can do that with a good mental framework. Reaching your goals and becoming your best self is tough stuff sometimes and with the right mind training you can awaken new layers, get into alignment with your truest self, and make a difference.
