#19: Conza (@Conza) - Running an Full-Distance Ironman on Only 3 Eggs, Thinking from First Principles, and Stretching to New Limits.

Conza may very well be the most interesting guest we have on our podcast. He ran a full-distance Ironman - an 11-hour race covering 140.6 miles - with only fueling himself with 3 hard-boiled eggs. He tested the conventional methods of thinking around nutrition for endurance races by becoming fat-adapted and relying on stored fat as opposed to constant sugar throughout the race. Conza tests the limits of what our bodies can do and his performance may help shift the paradigm not only around fueling for endurance races, but fueling for everyday life. On top of all this, he's an OG bitcoiner and he's got an Australian accent - enjoy!Connect with Meat Mafia:Instagram - Meat MafiaTwitter - Meat MafiaYouTube - Meat MafiaConnect with Noble Protein:Website - Noble ProteinTwitter - Noble ProteinInstagram - Noble ProteinGet full access to The Meat Mafia Podcast at themeatmafiapodcast.substack.com/subscribe
