In 2021, John and his wife received the diagnosis during their 5th pregnancy that their baby boy had Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) - - a rare congenital heart defect that prevents the left side of the heart from developing properly during pregnancy. Jack was born in November of 2021 and passed three weeks later. Listening to John speak about the emotional and physically challenging journey of welcoming Jack and then saying goodbye to him soon after is an experience you won’t want to miss. John’s love for family and trust in God serves as a witness to the love that can only be experienced through Christ. John and his wife were blessed to conceive two more children after Jack’s passing; the first passed in the womb, and the second is a spry toddler, bringing light and life to the family daily. Reg Platt has a checkered past, a blessed present, and a hopeful future. Reg shares his abortion story and the damage it caused his life. Andrew Dalton is a Catholic priest of the Legionaries of Christ and professor of theology at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome. He teaches the Synoptic Gospels and Biblical Greek and Hebrew. Fr. Dalton obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Shroud Studies in 2011 and became a board member of Othonia, an international center of investigation on the Shroud, in 2017. In 2018, he worked with Shroud experts worldwide to bring university-level studies to the English-speaking world. He also teaches the Biblical Theology of the Passion of the Christ for the Science and Faith Institute, which collaborates with the International Centre of Shroud Studies in Turin and the Giulio Ricci Diocesan Centre of Shroud Studies in Rome.
