I want to dive into a lesson I am actively learning in my life, which is to do nothing. I’ve been thinking about how my clients and listeners of Date Brazen can apply this lesson to their dating lives too. So yes, this week, I am inviting you to: Do nothing. Doing nothing is a key part of the intentional effort you are making. Intentional effort leads to intentional results. BUT, intentional action doesn’t always mean BEING ACTIVE or constantly DOING. No, it can also mean laying down, deleting the dating app for a week (Yes!), and most importantly, being intentional about rest.
