This week I am talking about boundaries. Boundaries are one of the most important tools (besides self-compassion) that you have, in your dating arsenal. In this episode, I share a boundary starter pack of sorts and explain why it may be hard for you to declare your boundaries and offer a strategy that will help you get started. When you declare your boundaries, you also affirm your worthiness. And as you know I often say, you are worthy of what you desire.
