#110 Ingredients For "Unreasonable Hospitality" In Your Massage Practice Part One: With Krista Dicks, RMT
Hospitality is traditionally associated with the restaurant industry, where the best restaurants are often "unreasonable" about the quality of the food they serve and the experience they create. However, this concept now extends far beyond restaurants, touching every industry. In massage therapy, it's no different. In this episode I introduce the concept of "Unreasonable Hospitality" from Will Guidara’s book of the same title, showcasing how small, cost-effective gestures can enhance client experiences in your massage practice. I outline four categories we can apply in our massage practice with practical examples, such as personalized greetings and post-treatment follow-ups. I emphasize the importance of professionalism, personalized care, and maintaining boundaries to foster client loyalty and satisfaction. Check out this episode for insightful tips on creating exceptional client experiences!
This is Part 1/2. Stay tuned for part two!
