Does seed cycling work? (Ask The Egg Whisperer)

In today’s podcast episode, I’m sharing one of the past Ask The Egg Whisperer episodes. Sabah wrote in to ask about seed cycling, which is the practice of eating specific seeds at certain points in your menstrual cycle to help promote the healthy balance of estrogen and progesterone to regulate cycles, increase fertility, and ease PMS symptoms and other symptoms as a result of hormonal imbalances. Here’s what she has to say, “Hi Dr Aimee does seed cycling actually work ? My cycles are currently 40 days with no known fertility issues just yet. Could seed cycling help with bringing my cycles back to 32 to 35 days as they were last year?” To submit your own question to Dr. Aimee for a future episode of Ask The Egg Whisperer, click here.  Subscribe to my YouTube channel for more fertility tips! My husband has male factor infertility. What do we do? (Ask The Egg Whisperer)

When a couple has a diagnosis of male factor infertility, it’s important to know what to do and it’s all part of my #BallsMethod. I love that Stephanie wrote in to “Ask the Egg Whisperer” to see if there was anything else she should consider. Here’s what she says, “My husband has male factor infertility, everything seems fine on my end. We did IUI for the first time this month and it failed, I was on letrozole 2.5mg 2x/day CD3-CD7. They didn’t measure my follicles or check my progesterone because they said I have a normal period and show no issues ovulating. Should I ask to have these checked for the next IUI round even though they say things are normal on my end? Last blood work and HSG was done was over a year ago.”
