I am really excited to finally have a cardiologist on the show talk about cholesterol. I found Dr. Mohammed Alo while listening to the Simon Hill podcast and was very intrigued by what he said. 139. Building Easy Muscle In Menopause With Kaatsu - Steven Munatones
