LowCarbUSA Founder Doug Reynolds, Ketogenic Diet - The NEW Standard of Care: KKP 60
Welcome to the Keto Kamp Podcast Episode 60 with Doug Reynolds! Today, I a have Doug Reynolds, founder of LowCarbUSA®, a platform for scientists, entrepreneurs, and the medical community to share their research surrounding the low carbohydrate and ketogenic lifestyles. Founded in 2015, LowCarbUSA® is an organization focused on dietary education and support by hosting scientific conferences, providing online coaching, a comprehensive library of scientific papers supporting the way of eating, and a worldwide database of 'Low Carb Friendly' healthcare providers and nutritionists. In Doug Reynold's early '30s, he had run almost a hundred marathons and ultras and could eat pretty much anything he liked. As Doug approached 40, however, he noticed he was putting on a little weight each year and, no matter how hard he trained, Doug was not able to get the weight off again. In the end, he was always injured and hating running and life itself. When Doug was first introduced to the concept of the Ketogenic / Banting lifestyle, he could not believe that an athlete could function without carbohydrates. However, as an engineer at heart, Doug started reading all the research, and he found that it made total sense. Plus, it explained all the issues he was having, including the things Doug struggled with back when he was running well. In this episode, Doug Reynolds opens the show describing his experience gaining weight and then losing it with the keto diet. He was inspired, so he started LowCarbsUSA and describes the lifechanging conferences they hold each year. Plus, Doug explains how he is committed to helping to reverse the current consensus on a diet here in the US and around the world. The consequences of the governmental dietary policies introduced in 1977 have been catastrophic, and it's time we all took a stand! Tune in! Become a member of the Keto Kamp Academy today! Fresh Pressed Olive Oil: http://www.ketokampoliveoil.com Purity Coffee: http://www.ketokampcoffee.com [00:15] About Doug Reynolds Doug was a distance runner; he thought he was bulletproof. Doug would run 55-mile races in Africa. As he aged, Doug started to pick up a few pounds of weight every year. At one point, Doug stood on the scale and was horrified to see he was 35 pounds over his ideal weight. Without any resources, Doug tried the keto diet with trial and error. His inflammation cleared up, he lost the weight, and he stopped snoring at night. [11:15] LowCarbsUSA® Conferences Doug’s first conference far exceeded his expectations. Every conference, they end up building a community and a culture within their organization. They also live stream all of their events – it is available to people online. The live stream is cheaper, and you will not have to travel. However, the vibe and the comradery are lifechanging. [20:00] Standard of Care Doctors have many challenges suggesting keto to their patients. The standard of care is not a document. You don’t learn it at college. It is a consensus of practitioners in a similar environment with similar training what they actually do in practice. There is now a document guiding physicians on how to utilize a low-carb diet with their patients. Eventually, practitioners who do not acknowledge this diet as a viable way to change a health outcome, they may have to face a malpractice lawsuit. [35:30] The Conference in Indonesia The audience was in tears when they heard of a boy who had a certain condition and was told he would never walk again. After the boy and his parents started the keto diet, he was able to walk again. Not only did that miracle happen, but his parents also lost weight, and their health improved. [42:55] Practicing Gratitude Doug is grateful for finding out about the keto diet at the age of 51. [43:40] Doug’s Definition of Perfect Health Weight is not part of the definition. It comes along for the ride. Doug started keto because of weight. He only learned about the metabolic benefits as he went along. Perfect health is all your biomarkers being where they need to be. That does not include LDL. If you are not eating carbs, then LDL is not an issue. People focus way too much on weight. No one ever dies from being fat; they die from the underlying metabolic issues that made them fat. Society is so focused on weight. If you get yourself metabolically healthy, the weight will come. Be patient. Weight loss is a side-effect of perfect health. AND MUCH MORE! Resources from this episode: Visit Doug’s Website

For years I told my clients to track every calories. The result, 99.99% failure rate. It doesn't matter if you are eating a ketogenic, low carb high fat diet, I still wouldn't recommend keeping track of these calories because its a distraction to what really matters; the hormones and the metabolism. Food is NOT just about calories; food is information. When we eat food, every bite signals a metabolic response. 💯 . We can choose to eat high quality foods that will elicit a healthy metabolic response, or we can choose to eat poor quality foods that will elicit a negative metabolic response; the choice is yours. 🤔 . There's a significant difference between 500 calories of a kale salmon salad, and 500 calories of gummy bears. The former will elicit a healthier metabolic response, the latter will cause hormonal disruption, rollercoaster energy levels and weight gain (symptom). 🤬 . They are the same exact calories. The human body doesn't give a crap about calories! ✊🏻 . There's no mechanism or receptor sites in the human body that keeps track of calories. So why the heck do we count them?🤔 . 👉🏻 The human body is NOT a calculator. 👉🏻 The human body is NOT a bank account. 👉🏻 The human body is NOT a math equation 👉🏻The human body is a complex chemistry lab 🙌🏻 It's time to stop focusing on the quantity, and start focusing on the quality of the foods we are eating.🙏 . Lara Adler, Break Through Weight Loss Resistance, Ways to Detox The Liver, Remove Toxins and Lose Weight KKP 57
Today, I am grateful to have here with me, Lara Adler, an Environmental Toxins Expert & Educator, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and someone who is deeply passionate about changing the landscape of disease through addressing toxic exposures. Lara Adler has been on a mission to help allied health professionals better support their clients & patients they serve by addressing exposures to environmental chemicals. She also guides her students on how to seamlessly integrate this topic into their practices and to leverage their education to distinguish themselves in their fields. Lara has worked with thousands of practitioners in over 26 countries in her online programs to help them understand the links between chemicals in our daily lives and their links to chronic health conditions like metabolic disorders, thyroid disease, fertility, and behavioral problems in children. Through her flagship course, Talking Toxins, Lara gives health professionals like nutritionists, health coaches, ND’s, RN’s and chiropractors, as well as healthy-minded consumers a deep education on where these toxic exposures are happening, along with actionable steps to take. The goal is action, not overwhelm. In this episode, Lara Adler starts by discussing how our cell metabolism can be causing resistance to weight loss. Genetics can play a significant role in this resistance, as well as the pharmaceuticals you may be taking. Then, Lara explains all the toxins and chemicals we are introducing to our lives without even knowing. These toxins can be detrimental to our health. However, the good news is there are ways to rid your body of these chemicals. The easiest way to get started with detox is by visiting the sauna every single day. Lara also reveals other ways to rid our bodies of toxins and why this process doesn’t need to be overwhelming. Tune in! Get 50 Loads Of 100% Natural, Non-Toxic Laundry Soap FREE: http://bit.ly/2K7WVvU Become a member of the Keto Kamp Academy today! [09:55] About Lara Adler Lara has always been interested in health. However, Lara never thought she would pursue anything professionally in the space. After eight years in another career, several people suggested she become a health coach. Lara got certified as a health coach. All of her clients were coming to her for weight loss advice. Some of Lara’s clients had terrific results, whereas others had no results at all. What was she missing? Lara dove into the literature around resistance to weight loss. Lara learned about chemicals that mess with our metabolism and cause resistance weight loss. [14:15] Why You May Have Resistance to Weight Loss Genetic differences may predispose you to specific health conditions. Whereas, other people may not manifest these health conditions. For instance, two people who are smokers can have very different outcomes. [15:20] About the PPAR Pathway When PPAR gets activated, it changes the programming of our fat cells that lead toward weight gain. Our cells increase their capacity for fat storage. PPAR can also increase our number of fat cells. It happens at a cellular level completely absent from diet and exercise. This is referred to as chemically induced weight gain. Chemicals can make us fat. Antidepressants cause weight gain – it is a well-established side effect. [19:15] Fasting with Toxins We are burning fat while fasting. Normally, we are dumping our toxins into our fat. When we start losing weight rapidly, the toxins are dumped into our bloodstream. Our liver has to try and keep up with this load. Unless your liver is working perfectly, your liver can still be overloaded. People who have undergone rapid weight loss have shown a thousandfold increase of toxins flooding their systems. People often will get so sick that their hair even falls out. We want to be careful when we are fasting or losing weight. Toxins will desperately search for fat. Your metabolism cannot get rid of toxins – they get recycled back into the system. The body will rebound by adding fat to house the toxins. [22:15] Ways to Support the Liver Anything that supports the liver will be your friend on this journey. Lara’s goal is to dial back the exposure and amp up what our body is getting rid of. We can do this by supporting the liver. Take activated charcoal – you need to know how to take a binder because it is a whole process. Sweat every day if you can in a sauna. Law enforcement is using sweat patches to see whether or not there are narcotics in someone’s system. Sweat works! Some toxins will exit through sweat rather than any other pathway. You can measure chemicals in urine, but there are still toxins under your skin. A detox should be done every single day. We just want to support this process in all of the ways possible. [30:20] Chemicals to Look Out For BPA or bisphenol A can be found in cash register receipts, canned foods, the lining of canned foods, hard plastic materials. They are not found in soft plastics. Marketing from these companies is really misleading. If you look at a Ziploc bag, they all say BPA free – it never contained BPA. They manipulate the consumer’s lack of understanding. BPA is only one chemical in a family of chemicals known as bisphenol. BPA got a bad rap in the public arena because a group of mothers saw it was in baby bottles. Companies swapped BPA for BPS – they are nearly identical. Studies about these substitutions are showing they may actually be worse. [39:45] There Is No Safe Water Bottle Brand Drink out of stainless steel. People don’t want to use as much plastic, so they start reusing their plastic containers. The right thing to do is not to buy plastic. Our foods come packaged in plastic, and we can’t avoid it. Avoid plastic when buying olive oil, coconut oil, and nut butter. There are 4 key things that increase the way chemicals migrate out of plastic: Heat Oil Acidity Abrasion If you have oily or fatty foods – it will increase the number of chemicals leaking out of the plastic and into the foods. [45:35] Cleaning Our Indoor Air Household cleaners cause a bigger percentage of air pollution than automobiles. You need to clean up what is happening in your house. Breathing this stuff every single day is harmful. House dust is actually lead, heavy metals, pesticides, and non-stick coating. These chemicals settle in the dust in our house. Dusting is so important to eliminate these harmful chemicals. [56:20] One Action Step at a Time When people come to this conversation and feel overwhelmed they need to take one action step. You can’t occupy a space of being proactive and being overwhelmed. Action not overwhelm. Start doing stuff even if it’s really small. Your first step can be visiting a sauna every day. It is easy to become obsessed with this topic and be afraid of touching anything. We do not need to be afraid of touching a plastic container. Take action on these things, and do not grab the receipt! AND MUCH MORE! Resources from this episode: Visit Lara’s Website

Keto For Women | 3 Ways to Make it Work – Ben Azadi: KKP 56
On episode 56 of The Keto Kamp Podcast we discuss 3 Ways to Make The Ketogenic Diet Work For Women. Here is what you'll discover in this episode: What to do during your monthly cycle Foods that boost AMPK and help you feel better What to do if your are post menopausal How the thyroid can dysfunction when done wrong And so much more! . 🎓Want to become a keto and fasting pro? Join the BRAND NEW Keto Kamp Academy today: http://www.ketokampacademy.com . ▸ [FREE] 🔥E-BOOK: "The Keto Kickstart Guide: 4 Steps to Burning Fat Instead of Sugar" | http://www.ketokickstartguide.com . Click here to get your bag of Purity Coffee, use the coupon code ketokamp for 10% off. . Number 1: Eat more fat and protein with your meals, no snacking and eat until full. Ensure you aren’t working from a caloric deficit. This teaches your body that we are not starving it. This also helps you develop a healthy relationship with food; we have mechanisms in place that let us know “you’re full, stop eating”; it’s time to get in touch with this. It hastens the adaptation of your mitochondria to the new fuel source by boosting AMPK. AMP-activated protein kinase What AMPK does: Regulates energy metabolism Increases fat-burning Increases the utilization of glucose while blocking fat and cholesterol synthesis AMPK improves glucose uptake so it lowers your blood sugar, increases the burning of stored fat, and decreases your blood triglycerides. It decreases fat-related chronic inflammation, which means that it is targeting the inflammatory fat or the abdominal fat specifically. Abdominal fat has more inflammatory potential than fats in other parts of the body. http://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/2014/ss/ampk/page-01 , Make sure you’re eating the particular fats that boost AMPK (which builds fat-burning mitochondria) 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil each day Hesperidin (a compound found in citrus peels), green tea extract, bilberry extract, can also help activate AMPK. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4980534/ Exercise helps deplete ATP stores and activate AMPK. Get in your HIIT workouts or long walks Cold exposure increases AMPK by promoting fat burning, mitochondrial biogenesis, and hypothalamic desire to eat https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1464170/ α-Lipoic acid (ALA) activates AMPK in muscles and other tissues https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16236247?dopt=Abstract&holding=npg Similar patterns can be found in AMPK boosting foods as well Credit to Sim Land (https://www.siimland.co/ ) EGCG from green tea promotes fat burning and AMPK[xxvii]. The same effect is probably true with coffee Berberine or Berberis vulgaris lowers insulin and blood sugar almost as effectively as Metformin[xxviii] Curcumin, ginger, and cinnamon lower inflammation and improve glucose metabolism[xxix] Resveratrol from red grapes, dark berries, cherries, or red wine promote AMPK as well as sirtuins[xxx] Different compounds like bitter melon extract, ginseng, rooibos, quercetins, extra virgin olive oil, Astragalus[xxxi] Apple cider vinegar lowers blood sugar and stimulates autophagy Vitamins and minerals like creatine, zinc, DHA, EPA, CoQ10, and other fat-soluble vitamins The Ketogenic Diet supports AMPK because carbohydrate restriction signals lower levels of energy in the system thus raising AMPK levels Number 2: Master your stress by practicing love and gratitude Two of the biggest healers we have in this world are love and gratitude. Hatefulness and resentment are two of the biggest destroyers. We cannot heal a body we hate. Practice self love. Look in the mirror and say “thank you I love you” 10 times in a row. Practice gratitude. Grounding Meditation Feeling the day instead of swiping the day. Empire State building state. Number 3: EAT FOR YOUR CYCLE Hormones will become tanked. Dr. Mindy Pelz shared her story about this. When progesterone gets low, you experience more anxiety and stress. A women’s cycle goes anywhere from 28-30 day cycles. From day 1 to day 14 women make a little bit of estrogen and very little progesterone, but once they ovulate then thats when those hormones kick in and the body needs to have certain foods to make specifically progesterone is the anti stress hormone. So what are those foods? They are NOT keto foods. They are beans, tropical fruits, citrus fruits, white potatoes, squash, and wild rice. On day 14 start thinking about not fasting and keto as much, shift to eating those healthy carbs. Where it really becomes crucial is at day 21, about 1 week before the cycle. Don’t do a water fast, flex out of keto and focus on eating those foods. Once your cycle starts its so easy to do keto and fasting, and it helps with cramping. The body craves these carbohydrates because its telling you something! Progesterone will shed the uterine lining. Once you see any spotting have those healthy carbohydrates. Post menopausal? Post menopausal women have low estrogen and progesterone. So its important to flex out with those healthy carbohydrates from time to time. The 5-1-1 rule is idea for post menopausal women. Dr Benjamin Bikman, Foods That Help Lower Insulin, Cortisol Effects on The Body, Fasted Exercise: KKP 54
Today we have Dr. Benjamin Bikman on the Keto Kamp Podcast. Dr. Bikman is a biomedical scientist, professor, and expert on insulin resistance. Dr. Benjamin Bikman studies diabetes and obesity, and much of what he focuses on is a seemingly obscure condition called insulin resistance. But it’s, in fact, not very obscure at all. Half of all adults in the U.S. have insulin resistance. That means you could have it too, and you don’t know it. What is insulin resistance? Why did Dr. Benjamin Bikman devote his career to studying something like this? Well, insulin resistance is essentially two things. First of all, some cells in your body aren’t responding very well to the hormone insulin. Second, you have more insulin than you did before, a condition called hyperinsulinemia. Insulin resistance is at the root of virtually every chronic disease. If we go through the chronic diseases that are killing us today, things like Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, and certain cancers, what they all have in common is insulin resistance. To varying degrees, insulin resistance is either causing the problem or making it worse. In this episode, Dr. Bikman and I talk about what inspired him to dedicate his life to researching insulin resistance. First, Dr. Bikman reveals the correlation between air pollution and diabetes. Plus, Dr. Bikman explains how insulin is related to almost every single chronic disease out there. He also describes what type of things you should be eating if your glucose levels are high and what to eat if you are metabolically flexible. Tune in! Sign up for the Keto Kamp Academy
[08:45] How Dr. Bikman Chose His Profession Bikman realized he has always been fascinated with how the body was affected by exercise. One day, he saw an article in the newspaper about how fat cells secrete hormones. At the time, we only knew about one protein that was emitted from fat cells. Bikman’s graduate thesis focused on obesity. Then, Dr. Bikman did post-doctoral work on insulin resistance. Currently, he has his own lab at BYU and continues to focus on insulin. “I get paid to be curious.” [12:50] The Correlation Between Air Pollution and Diabetes The correlational evidence is so keen; it warrants further scrutiny. You can take the smallest particles from diesel exhaust – and one week of rodents inhaling the particles - they’re insulin resistance has doubled. It puts in perspective the heavily industrialized countries like India and China. Plus, they are the countries with the most diabetics. Might part of it be the profound air pollution? Runners should get a mask filter if they are living in a heavily polluted area. [18:45] Focusing on Insulin Bikman focuses on insulin because the more he learns about obesity, the more the finger points at insulin. Once Dr. Bikman started teaching a class about disease, the more he realized how insulin is part of almost every chronic disease. Inadvertently, he created an insulin resistance class. After every disease topic, Dr. Bikman puts in a lesson about insulin resistance at the end – it’s involved in almost every disease. Lifestyle is a tremendous part of fixing the problem of insulin. [24:10] The Ongoing Focus on Glucose Historically, the most common manifestation of diabetes is a high level of glucose. The kidney cannot absorb high levels of glucose, so the person has to urinate a lot. This common feature of diabetes is a consequence of high glucose levels. Today, we know that insulin starts to change decades before the glucose begins to change. By continuing to focus on the glucose, we are focusing on a symptom instead of a root cause. As the person becomes insulin resistance, it’s enough to keep the glucose in check. Eventually, a person stops producing insulin and becomes deficient. Now, the glucose is no longer in check. By focusing on glucose, it’s a wonderful way to sell a lot of insulin. [27:15] What to Eat if You Are Struggling With Glucose Levels There is an incredibly rational strategy to deal with glucose levels – cutting carbs. [32:55] What to Eat When You Are Metabolically Flexible A healthy person can push the glucose out into their cells very well. In a fasted state, they will use fat for fuel. Some people are trying to burn glucose all the time. When you go to a fasted state, they do not make the dramatic shift – they stay in sugar burning mode. Imagine a semi-truck with fuel hooked on to its back. There’s the massive fuel tank, and the small tank tucked into the cab. The small tank is being used as its fuel source; every few hours, they stop and fill it up. However, it carries around a massive reservoir of fuel that it can never use. We have a finite amount of stored glucose – this is a tank that some people only tap into. If we can allow a metabolic shift, we can tap into the fat tank. If we are burning sugar, it’s because insulin is high. If someone is insulin resistance, it can take 48 hours of fasting to get those levels down. Metabolic flexibility is key! [40:00] Fasting With High Glucose Levels People can sense a slight dip in glucose levels during fasting. They will feel a sense of anxiety, panic, and hunger. Hunger comes in different stages. Some people can fast for a whole year because they are so fat. They have enough energy stored as fat. The difference between fasting and starving is fat mass. The moment the person has run out of fatty tissue – the body will start cutting muscle. In our society, people do not really get to the starvation point. [44:10] About Excess Protein In 2016, Dr. Bikman gave his first talk about low carbs. Within that year, he was struck with how many people were drinking oil. They were drinking oil because they thought protein would kick them out of ketosis. Protein and carbohydrates together are a different story. In nature, this doesn’t happen unless in dairy. The only time humans drink milk is when they are growing. Bikman says protein has been unnecessarily scrutinized. [47:45] Exercising in a Fasted State Some people feel nauseous if they do not have food in their guts. Dr. Bikman exercises in the fasted state because he wants to feel light and lean. He doesn’t want to make working out harder than it actually is. Also, he wants to have a higher state of fat burning. What you eat boards the bus before what you have stored. Dr. Bikman wants to be using what he has saved. [49:50] Cortisol Hijacks Insulin Cortisol tells the body where to store fat. Bikman is unaware of a hormone that can do what insulin can. Cortisol results in a shift – it will promote the movement of fat. It’s an insulin antagonist. Cortisol wants to increase glucose levels to fuel an immune response. [53:15] Calories In, Calories Out Imagine people are attending an extravagant buffet with the most famous chefs. You want to come as hungry as possible. What are you going to do? You are going to skip meals and exercise hard. What are the two things we tell people to lose weight? Eat less and exercise more. Hunger will always win. Do not try and live in a caloric deficit. We are complicated metabolic machines. AND MUCH MORE! Resources from this episode: Visit Insulin IQ

On episode 53 of The Keto Kamp Podcast we discuss 5 Things Every Keto Beginner MUST Know. Here is what you'll discover in this episode: Why healthy bile is key to digesting fat and removing toxins Why people lose hair on keto, and what to do about it How to determine if keto is working The importance of replenishing electrolytes A bonus tip which ties this altogether And so much more! . 🎓Want to become a keto and fasting pro? Bile, which is produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder, is a green substance that acts as a detergent to break down fat. Bile also helps to remove toxins. Ginger and Ginger Tea Dandelion and tea Coffee Cranberries Arugula Dark Chocolate If you don’t have a gallbladder, click the link above here to learn how to do keto without a gallbladder. It can be done! 2: Don’t focus on weight loss, focus instead on health. The truth is, nobody has a weight problem. When I was obese weighing 80 pounds more than I do today, I did not have a weight problem. I had a weight symptom! The real problem was my hormones and cellular inflammation. The number on the scale is a poor indicator of whether or not something is working. I understand you want to hit your goal weight, I’ve been there. Instead, take photos (front, side, back) along with weight and measurements. (Blood work too) and then take those again every 7 weeks. Sometimes fat gets pulled from the liver and other organs first. Non-scale victories (energy, confidence, clothes, sleep, skin, inflammation) Keep following your healthy keto lifestyle, the inflammation will go down and you will get the results you want. Stick and stay its bound to pay Faith and fear quote 3: Not all keto diets are the same. Keto is not technically a diet, its a metabolic state. Its been around since humans have been around. This means, keto is not a fad, its a fact! With that being said, there’s certain foods that prevent ketosis, or allow ketosis. I’ll break it all down here for you…. Going to Mcdonalds or any other fast food restaurant, getting a burger without the bun and saying #keto, is NOT going to get you the results you want. Avoid the vegetable oils and bad artificial sweeteners (even pasteurized dairy can be an issue for most) Have healthy oils and the right sweeteners in moderation Monk fruit Pure stevia Sugar alcohols swerve 4: Replenishing your electrolytes are a MUST You lose a ton of water weight when you transition from burning sugar to burning fat. The kidneys dump water along with it. Replenish with high quality sea salt, especially if you drink coffee (add it to your coffee) 5: You might feel worse before you feel better (toxins) . When you start losing weight you may lose some hair. Fat soluble toxins get stored and can be released into the bloodstream. This is where bitters mentioned earlier come into play. I also recommend a supplement called BIND, take this before bed. BIND acts as a catchers mitt to catch the big boys (heavy metals) and put them in the toiler. Hair loss may occur, this is common, the hair will grow back stronger and healthier. Weight loss is a stressful event. Weight loss is a shock to the system. Its anti survival. Hair grows in phases. Let the phase pass and the hair will come back. If the hair loss has occurred within the first few weeks, hold the course as it typically takes 3-5 months for the hair to come back thicker and stronger. There are certain nutrients you can give yourself to speed this up, and I’ll go over them a little later in this video. Just remember this, when stress hits your body, the body will take care of its vital organs but hair is not a priority. B-Complex vitamins (biotin is included in here) this helps to grow protein, and strengthen hair to make them thicken. Make sure you take a b-complex and not sure the biotin alone because this can create a functional deficiency. Trace Minerals. These are involved with enzymes that grow protein. Collagen is also great because their hair is made up of, well, collagen. Low stomach acid (not able to digest protein) could be why its not ending up in hair for growth. Use digest from systemic and apple cider vinegar tablets from paleo valley BONUS TIP: COMMUNITY IS KEY I’ve come to realize that our environment is more important than we think. Hang around 5 people who are unhealthy and unhappy, you’ll be the 6th person. Hang around other people committed to their healthy keto journey, and you’ll be the 6th person. At keto kamp we have created a phenomenal community in the keto kamp academy.
