My Biggest Life Lessons All Happened In 2024. Here They Are.

Today we are releasing one of the deepest and most impactful episodes on the podcast. This year, 2024, has lead to some of my biggest lessons, growth in this life but that happened because of the deepest levels of pain and overwhelm I have ever felt. Some of those events were things like getting hit by car while riding my bike, moving states (again), legal issues, accidents, death and more….Although I have a hard boundary and don’t/won’t dive into the specifics of the things that happened to me this year I wanted to share the gift of the lessons I learned. Using Memories To Learn Vital Lessons in Life and Business

When you know where to look, you’ll see all kinds of patterns in your life. This can be as simple as how you wake up in the morning and then a bit more complicated when it comes to how you react when the kids test your patience.  There are patterns everywhere. Some help you get the results you want in life and business, others keep you from it. But, for me, noticing and learning from these moments is incredibly important.   Recently, something happened to me that helped me break through a pattern I just couldn’t find my way out of. What helped? Memories. In this episode, I’m going to discuss how you can use memories to learn vital lessons in life in business.
