Greg Hawthorne Jr. is a Certified Athletic Trainer who has taken his experience working with professional, collegiate, and military organizations into the private practice sector. He is also an educator working as an adjunct Professor at Mercer University in the Masters in Athletic Training program, as well as an instructor for AMP Education Mentorship Program. Greg uses a model that blends newer age thought processes from mentors like Bill Hartman, PRI, and FAS with more historic sports medicine and Strength and Conditioning practices. The understanding that we are all uniquely the same and taking each individual has an N=1 sample plays a large part in his practice and instruction. He has recently been challenging the conventional thoughts on muscle physiology and its role in training programming and adaptations

Harry Simington is an athletic performance coach based in Melbourne, Australia. He works as a private consultant for multiple AFL & AFLW players, national level cricketers, national level basketball players, and elite junior tennis players. He is also the Founder & Director of Calibrate Sports. Like many coaches in the S&C industry, Harry is a former athlete himself having competed in both the VFL & NEAFL competitions before injures got the better of him at age 20. These injuries sparked an interest in human movement that quickly turned into a passion, and later a career in athletic development. Harry’s approach to human movement has been largely influenced by Joey Hayes, Frans Bosch, Teun Thomassen & Bohdan Babijczuk.
