Feminine Masculine Balance with Jacqueline McLeod
The author of Maculine Feminine Balance, Jacqueline McLeod joins me this week to dive deeper into the energy of the feminine. Jacqueline’s book Masculine Feminine Balance, introduces a paradigm shift that is a pathway to a more peaceful, progressive and nourished society. Together, we discuss the feminine based principles and what the reintroduction of those looks like for a more balanced society. We explore the ramifications of the repression of the feminine for women and men alike and how the solution lies in finding the balance within ourselves. “Feminine energies can be expressed by any gender -- my idea of feminism is empowering ‘the feminine energy’ in women, men and any other gender for that matter. Blending the feminine with the masculine brings a more balanced approach to relationships, attitudes and all areas of life” - Jacqueline McLeod This week on She Rebel Radio : The Difference between Feminism and Womanism Explore masculine based dominance Why we must learn to value and respect the feminine energy How to understand and explore feminine energy Why the balance of the masculine and feminine is essential for a more balanced and peaceful society How both women and men can (and should) express feminine based energy Additional Quote : “ The feminine polarity to being rational as being intuitive, the feminine polarity to being logical as being emotional” - Jacqueline McLeod Connect With Jacqueline McLeod Website and access to Principles TABLE : https://www.femininemasculinebalance.com Linkedin : https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacqueline-mcleod-she-her-72a348167/ Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/fem.masc.balance/ Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/femininemasculinebalance Buy Book Buy Book UK , Buy Book Australia , Buy Book USA 24 Principles to Feminine Success Course with Lulu Minns : Watch Intro : https://youtu.be/Vj68H0EQ0m0 https://sherebelradio.podia.com/24-principles-to-feminine-success Join the She Rebellion! The Realities of RestFest with Naomi Newland
We kick off our She Rebel Radio ‘Summer Retreat Series’ with Naomi Newland, Founder of Rest Fest : A Women’s Wellness festival with over 60 experiences including workshops, speakers and pop up spa’s - the festival is designed by women for women’s health, mental wellness and emotional harmony. Naomi shares how she nurtured (and also hid) from the seed of an idea that was Restfest and later turned it into a reality. “RestFest was a yearning and one of those ‘big magic’ ideas that would just not leave me alone….I felt like it came through me, I would literally dream about it and it kept knocking on the door…. It’s just magical and brilliant to take something from that seed of an idea into a reality. It's a beautiful process” - Naomi Newland Resfest 2020 was cancelled just a week before the UK lockdown and during this episode we discuss all the joys, crisis moments and lessons learnt of being an event organiser before, during and after the pandemic. “Cancelling the event the day before really built up my fighting spirit. And I think being one of the first events to be impacted. I also felt a little bit of responsibility to be able to do a grace” This week on She Rebel Radio : Discuss the seedlings of Restfest from Idea to Reality Explore the impact of other people on those ideas The development and growth of Restfest The realities of cancelling the event in 2020 24 hours before Galvanising confidence and grace within her leadership What we can look forward to at Rest Fest this year. Breaking the ‘Habits of Necessary’
During this episode, we explore the Habit of Necessary and the mandatory, obligatory and survival habits we’ve created over lockdown (for the best part of a year) and how we’ve been conditioned to batten down the hatches. We explore why we are less enthusiastic to grasp our new found freedom and what we can maybe do to get ourselves in the mood to break the ‘habits of necessary’? Breaking bad habits start with a choice and feeling our way into a new found freedom. “Think about ditching one of the ‘habits of necessity’ you've created - maybe that’s lowering your prices or prioritising family and your partners work over your business?” This week on She Rebel Radio : Safety and Security vs Freedom We consider what lockdown habits are going to be the hardest to break? How Do We Define Feminine Success?
Join our first She Rebel Roundtable discussion with guest speaker Amy Mckeown, award winning mental health and well-being specialist, Amy is a leading expert working with the mental health of women and recently founded the business of being a woman conference. During this episode, we discuss : How do we define feminine success? Which is a question I have been exploring with clients since 2016 and provided expert guidance upon. We explore at the present time, we are in a breakdown of systems or structures in society that upholds a masculine paradigm of power and success. They are old, outdated and not working. “That creates a gap and a void - one which I like to call no woman’s land ! A void which can be filled with a re-introduction of a feminine principles and a more feminine paradigm of success - one which women will need to lead and re-introduce but what on earth does that look like and what are the problems we face in doing that?” Amy McKeown concludes : “Our entire society is based on greek and latin reasoning which is about logic, intelligence and women in those days were not allowed to talk and our whole system and structure is around that. So I think the work now is to really understand who we are and what we want as embodied women living on a cyclical planet. The responsibility question is about how we are going to speak up for ourselves and how we are going to support other women to do so, to rebuild - these conversations need to happen …..” This week on She Rebel Radio : Discuss the systemic breakdown we are currently seeing of masculine paradigms and success systems. Devastating impact of women’s rights and women’s mental health during the pandemic. Why women are disembodied and disconnected from their own needs How Feminine Success is not linear and can be more inclusive and beneficial to all The importance of embodiment, confidence and ability in using our own voice The power system of money and why women need more access to it Additional Quote shared by Keeley Olivia : “A woman cannot make the culture more aware by saying ‘Change.’ But she can change her own attitude toward herself, thereby causing devaluing projections to glance off. She does this by taking back her body. By not forsaking the joy of her natural body, by not purchasing the popular illusion that happiness is only bestowed on those of a certain configuration or age, by not waiting or holding back to do anything, and by taking back her real life, and living it full bore, all stops out. This dynamic self-acceptance and self-esteem are what begins to change attitudes in the culture.” ~Clarissa Pinkola Estes A big thank you to all of our guests and here is how you can connect with our guest speakers and other attendee’s : She Rebel Radio Members Group : https://bit.ly/SheRebelMember Guest Speaker Amy McKeown: Website : https://amymckeown.com/ Linked : https://www.linkedin.com/in/amy-mckeown-b569a5b/\ Pregnant then Screwed : Pregnantthenscrewed.com Other guests inc : Mo Kanjilal : https://www.watchthisspace.uk/ Jo Blood : https://www.posturepeople.co.uk/ Roisin Meredith: https://www.roisins.co.uk/ Sara and Nicky : https://www.themnchub.com/my-networking-club-a-new-era/ Keeley Olivia: https://www.keeleyolivia.com Alice Clover : https://www.alicecloverstories.com Explore the Feminine Success Course : Feminine Success Course : www.luluminns.com/feminine 1st Month free with She Rebel Radio Membership : https://bit.ly/SheRebelMember Join the She Rebellion!
